 Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninOn his way back from the ANBU hideout, Sai took the time to survey the crumbled and destroyed city of Konoha. With it's major structures utterly destroyed and part of Hokage mountain crumbled, Sai figured that not much was left to be done. anything that wasn't destroyed, by this time would be heavily water damaged. The water levels throughout the streets was only about a foot now as Sai walked through the village making sure he didn't miss anything. buttoning his robe back up, only his eyes could be seen between his hat and the high collar.
Ninja could be seen rising up from cowered positions as they ran in fear, evacuating the destroyed village to the surrounding areas, but Sai did nothing to pursue them. Walking past a small ramen stand , Sai scoffed at the pathetic little thing and augmented his left leg with his bloodline ability as it lit up, covered in chakra. With a simple side kick, Sai sent the structure flying, knocking the entire stand about 20 feet away as it crashed into a nearby house, destroying them both and creating several crashing effects as bowls, plates, and windows were shattered. "Pathetic...all of it."
Beginning to walk away, Sai picked up a chakra trail leading towards him from behind. it was a weak trail, but obvious as he held out his hand to catch the foot of an attacking Chuunin from behind. Grabbing the surprised ninja's leg, Sai quickly spun around, sending him flying into a building nearby as a loud crunch was heard and the man fell to the floor. "Come on out...I can feel you. Face the fate of your village, or die like cowardly vermin knowing you abandoned your home without offering a single glimmer of protection." Sai's words seemingly worked to insight anger as four ninja charged at him. Sai stood perfectly still at the center of the battle as the 4 ninja came at him from all sides.
As the first arrived, slicing at Sai's head with a katana, he simply ducked, effortlessly avoided the strike as he stepped back and delivered an elbow to the man's stomach, collapsing him immediately. Kicking up a cloud of dust, Sai leaped jumped about 2 feet in the air in a spinning motion as the he dodged another attacker's sweep kick, delivering a spinning kick to the third attacker in the air, as she was sent flying. Not giving the attacker on the ground time to move, Sai augmented his leg muscle with his bloodline as it erupted in chakra again, landing directly on their leg, utterly crushing it as they screamed in pain, utterly paralyzed by the injury. Sai then turned to face the 4th attacker, who stood there shaking in fear as he watched what had happened to the other three. "Hoping you wouldn't have to fight, weren't you? Your pain will be the greatest of all...coward." Sai rushed towards the man who immediately tried to escape, but was caught by the collar and thrown to the ground in a splash as Sai performed a few hand seals, standing above him on the water's surface.
"Raiton: Rensa Raikou no Jutsu", with palm held open, Sai bent his fingers into a claw-like shape as an explosion of electricity jumped off of his hand and entered the man, sending the electricity streaming into his body as he screamed in incredible pain. The technique was held for several seconds as 2nd and 3rd degree electrical burns formed all over the man's skin. The electrical charge then began to jump, one by one to each member of the attacking party as the chain lightning effect continued, made twice as painful by the fact that they were all collapsed in a pool of water. Standing above them as they writhed in pain, their opened mouths practically glowing with the electricity that was coursing through them, Sai stood emotionless on the water's surface, holding a cushioned layer of chakra in his feet to separate him from the electrical charge as he watched the four attacking members squirm before finally releasing the technique and staring down at them.
"Hmmph..." a disappointed scoff was all that left his lips as Sai turned around, calmly walking to the destroyed leaf gate to rendezvous with Selene, though he wore a somewhat satisfied smirk on his face as he recounted what he had done.
((Exit to the Leaf Gates)) "You can never know my pain..."

Mane approached the Ramen Shop,looking at all the destroyed buildings of Konoha.He rolled his sleeves up, loosened his jacket and unbuttoned the top two buttons and then took a seat at the shop.He looked at the man working there and waved to him telling the man he wasn't ready to order just yet.He stroked his hand through his hair and sighed as he titled his head back to relax.When he was done here he would see the Hokage and get his Leaf village headband,but for now he would just have to wait.

"Hello."Mane was telling the man he wanted a bottle of sake and some dumplings.He then turned around and began to focus on the new ninja."I see you come from another village.My name is Iruka Rich but you can just call me Mane.Your name would be?"He shifted in his seat as the man brought him his drink and food.He took a sip of the sake and then began to eat his dumplings.

Narkosa rook a seat next to Mane "I am Brashugan Narkosa," He said. Turnning to the shop owner he orders bowl of Ramen. "Like you notice I am from another village Cloud village to be exact," Narkosa turned his attention back to the steaming bolw he grabs a chop sticks and looks for his first morsel.

"Not that new I lost my new ninja smell," He said picking up some noodles slurping them down. "We have an alliance with leaf village after what happend here theywere going to send us here to rebuild so I just came here first to start the rebuilding,"

"Well I might as well help while im here.What are you going to start rebuilding?"Mane liked something that made him work.He liked the feeling of pain in his body because he knew little by little he was getting stronger.He was ready to rebuild something.

"Narkosa shrugged "I don't know I am just a gennin. I guess I should start with the most important buildings first,"narkosa eyes turned to the newcomer then quickly to his pouch. Pulling out a msp of the leaf village he begin to search to see where the best spots for rebuilding shall begin.

Narkosa nodded "Good idea the first line of defense is the door. Let's get going," Narkosa said finishing up his ramen Narkosa stood up and headed for the gates. Narkosa stopped as the Ty showed that he was a leaf ninja. "Oh I am sorry I am Brashugan Narkosa from the cloud villageI was sent here on a C rank mission to help rebuild the Leaf village
