"The internet is for porn... The internet is for porn..."
"Aaaanvi... Stop singing that..."
"Bah. Damn song's stuck in my head. Sorry Flitch, can't help it."
Flitch sighed and rolled his eyes, watching Anvion as she went back to hmming some weird song about the internet and porn. When he had inquired as to WHAT porn was, he only recieved the irritating 'I'll tell you when you're older' line. So whatever it was, it was bad and naughty. The internet sounded naughty. This made Flitch think as Anvion dragged him to the mansion, eager to get a day out and about for once.
Ignoring the fact that Flitch kept giving her irritating looks as she hummed the annoying (but amusing) song stuck in her head, Anvion practically bounced on the way tot he mansion. She'd been trapped inside for WEEKS with what seemed to be an endless amount of babies. Fortunately, she'd managed to get Varlen to raise Bergerac (the thought of him raising a baby still made her laugh), and Lewin had control over Amaris and Walter for a few hours while she got the hell out of the house for a bit. And, since Flitch was heading out to another one of his usual outings to the mansion, Anvion had decided to tag along. Whee!

"I no son get eveybodee newve - "
"Yvette Marie, if you keep singing that song, you'll be in trouble, young lady."
With a sigh, Yvette fell into a pout, glaring up at her mother as Rune bounced the little girl on her hip. For once, the two of them were alone. Rune rolled her eyes in return. Whoever had taught the babies that particular little ditty was going to pay dearly for it; though it had been amusing to listen to them stumbling through the words.
The first fifty times, anyway.
"Why no singin'?"
"Because it's annoying."

"Hrg gurgle creeeeeeeeeeee--"
"Ryker!"
Ryker shut up, dark eyes swiveling around to where Pukio sat occupying one of the steps leading up to the mansion's front door. He was currently sitting in the grass just beyond, cheerfully pulling it out by the roots in baby handfuls, a healthy flush painting his cheeks red. He paused a moment in both these tasks -- rooting up grass and being incredibly, verbally obnoxious via some bad rendition of either a show tune or a bird's squawk (Pukio wasn't sure which) -- and stared thoughtfully at his mother for about two seconds.
Pukio stared back, the belts on her drawn up knees simotaneously digging into her chest and being ignored. She fingered her eyepatch.
Ryker glanced away, little fingers finding the shoots of grass again. Pull, tug, rip. "--eeeeeeeeeeeee."
Pukio stuffed her forefingers in both of her ears, scowling slightly at the infant on the lawn. Babies.

(*giggle* All the babies are annoying. Well, the babies and Anvi. xd )
"Babee!" Yvette yelled happily as they came in sight of the mansion. Surprised, Rune looked up. It wasn't Beagley or Gillian, and Junkutsu had grown - so had Cameo. But the woman up front looked slightly familiar. Pukio, wasn't it? A friend of Noyama's?
Either way, polite and friendly was what Rune went by. Smiling, she raised her free hand and waved. "Hello!"

"Ruuuuune!" Seeing her friend, Anvion waved excitedly so that she could be noticed. "Heyoooo!"
Flitch made a quiet sigh, glad that Anvion was done singing her song for the moment... but was distracted by what was unmistakably another Sin' ripping outt he grass on the mansion's front lawn. Ooooh. Casting a glance at Anvion, who was unmistakably distracted by Rune, Flitch chose to instead make a beeline for the new Sin'aeis, grinning.
"Hullo!" he said with a wave to both Ryker and Pukio.

Rune looked over her shoulder and laughed, waving back cheerfully. "Hi, Anvi." She grinned, and Yvette turned, eyes wide and happy as she caught sight of her favorite Sin. "Fich!"

Ryker's attention was once more momentarily diverted away from his attempts to give the grass a haircut. He blinked at the two -- well, four, but adults didn't count -- strangers, and kicked his legs in an appreciative manner, crowing at them in delight. People! He liked lots of people; he was used to a full house hold. Full of people and full of noise. He held out his hands toward Yvette, to Flitch, and then back again. "Creee!"
Pukio blinked sharply, straightening. People! She'd been hoping for some company -- or at least, company that didn't see fit to tear up the lawn or sing show tunes. She'd settle for one or the other if it really mattered. "Hi!" Pukio called back cheerfully, waving from her seat on the step. "You're a friend of Noya's, right?" --and, ah, more company! Huzzah!
Wow, she really needed to get out more...

Rune grinned and nodded, setting Yvette down beside Ryker. The little blond grinned herself, waving happily to Ryker. "Hi hi! Why pull gwass?"
"Yes, I'm Rune. Noya's a friend of mine." She looked quite pleased to meet Pukio, holding out her hand. "You would be - Pukio, right?"

Flitch, who had decided that the adults were going into their boring girly adult talk, ignored them and settled in on the grass by Ryker. But Rune had Yvette with her, so Flitch grinned and waved in response, hoping that Rune would let Yvette ome over. His blue eyes were alight with curiosity, both as to the new Sin' and the odd little task he was doing. "What're you doing?" he asked, tilting his head slightly.
"Noya?" Anvion blinked, tilting her head. The name was utterly unfamiliar with her, so Anvion was forced to reply with a shrug. "Sorry. I don't know her..."

"Noyama," Pukio clarified, grinning sharply. Well, who knows if the second woman had heard of that either, but -- Cheerfully, Pukio pushed herself to her feet and took Rune's extended hand. "Yeah, that's right. Pukio. 'S nice to meet you -- and you, er..." Pukio blinked absently at Anvion, hesitated, and stuck her other hand out at her.
Yeah, really needed to get out more.
Meanwhile, Ryker peered thoughtfully at the both of them. Interesting. These two were a little closer to his age than his siblings. He frowned thoughtfully, features screwing up almost as if he'd tasted something sour. His fingers pulled up two handfuls of grass, and he offered them cheerfully out to both Flitch and Yvette.
"Gra'!" He cried cheerfully, beaming happily at the two. Apparently he was still in that 'half garble-half speech' stage.

"I'm Anvion," Anvion replied with a friendly grin, taking Pukio's hand and giving it a shake. "Nice t' meet ya. And that's Flitch," she added, pointing to the blue-haired Sin' kneeling with Ryker and Yvette.
Upon hearing his name, Flitch glanced up and offered a smile and a wave before returning his attentions to Ryker and Yvette. "Grass?" he asked in clarification, leaning in curiously. Why was it some sort of special grass? It seemed ordrinary enough to him.

Yvette wriggled happily, hugging Flitch before turning her attention to the grass Ryker held out. It was fun to pull, she knew, but it made the strange men in robes yell at her. But then Aunt Sara had fixed the grass, and Aunt Ri had yelled back at them, so she suspected it was okay. "Gwass fun to pull." She explained to Flitch happily.
"Anvi's another friend." Rune explained to Pukio, grinning. "Nice to meet you - Noya mentioned you and Ryker before, but I hadn't seen you around. How's she doing?"

Pukio grinned brightly in Anvion's direction, releasing both their hands simotaneously. "Noya's been alright -- well, I mean, so far as I know. There's so many people in that house, it's damn hard to keep up. Three sets of people in that house and hardly anywhere to move, much less enough quiet to carry on a decent conversation." She laughed, grin widening a note. "But yeah, Noya's been good."
Ryker nodded solemly, in apparent agreement with Yvette. He shook the grass out of his hands, kicked his legs lightly, and went on to pulling up more. No, it wasn't special grass. Just normal grass, good for pullin' and lookin' green, but not much else in his honorable opinion.

Anvion listened in on the conversation, head tilted slithly to the side. Since she wasn't acquainted with Noyama in any way she was a little out-of-the loop as to what Pukio was talking about. Oh well. The joys of being clueless!
Flitch chsrugged and picked at the grass, pretending to be interested in it. Pulling it out from the ground didn't seem to be too exciting, in his opinion, but hey. They were still little, and these sorts of things interested them. Best just to play along and make the most of it.
