Creation of an Arrancar Branch Guild
As you all know, our guild's main-RP storyline will never be complete if not for both our Shingamis and our Arrancars. From the start this guild was intended to be a joint guild for both the Shinigamis and the Arrancars, but as of late the prevalence of Shinigamis in this guild has become disadvantageous for our Arrancar members.
This brings us to this, the creation of a branch guild for the sole purpose of our Arrancar members. This guild will have Arrancar-exclusive sub-forums just as this guild will be remodeled to have Shinigami-exclusive sub-forums. Of course some threads will be the same, like the Crew Forum for instance. The Party Thread for both guilds will be the 'neutral' area so to speak, where members from either guild can post in.
This is idea is not aimed to create a wall between the Arrancars and Shinigamis, it is aimed instead to allow the Arrancars to have the space they need to become active members-- in all honesty it's getting a bit stuffy in here with the 10:1 ratio of Shinigami is to Arrancar.
Finally, this poll is intended for members to vote on whether or not this will be implemented or not. As well as to provide comments, suggestions, critiques and feedback. So please take note the your comments as members are highly-valued and much appreciated, however flaming will of course not be tolerated.

Oh one thing. What about guild wide plots. Will the Arrancar and Shinigami get a chance to role play together?
If so in what guild?

Oh and the crew members who find anything wrong with the announcement, feel free to edit it-- no seriously, edit it if it's missing something.

I voted no. I know we conversed about this in the crew forum, however this idea in my opinion still has some down falls, and I'm still a bit in the middle of the idea. Wouldn't it decrease our amount of members? In reality isn't it placing a wall between us? Wouldn't it cause confusion? How will the two guilds interact as one, if in one guild where having a banner contest, or something for example? I suppose I would have to see this guild into effect to actually come to a conclusion, but for now I'm a ''no'' on the idea.

I voted no. Simply because I think it would be quite confusing. I only think this because I haven't really grasped the idea completely, yet I vote now since I think I'll be off the next couple of days due to our dreaded exams. x_x

I said no because I personally thing its a waste of money just because we have more shinigami.. ask if some of them would rather change sides and create a arrancar. If not I dont know what to tell you I just think its a bit over the top to have 2 guilds for one group, but I am only one person who, on this specific part of the subject, thinks this way.
