Denver Broncos 6-4 Green Bay Packers 6-4 Jacksonville Jaguars 6-4 New York Giants 6-4 Philadelphia Eagles 6-4 Pittsburgh Steelers 6-4 Houston Texans 5-4 Atlanta Falcons 5-5 Baltimore Ravens 5-5 Miami Dolphins 5-5 Carolina Panthers 4-6 Chicago Bears 4-6 New York Jets 4-6 San Francisco 49ers 4-6
The following teams are all 2nd or 3rd in their respective divisions and trying to keep playoff hopes alive. Think you know who's making the playoffs and who won't? Take a guess. Post who you think will make the playoffs out of all of these teams. Wild card or they win the division.
Whoever guesses the most gets 10k, and if you guess all of them correctly that figure becomes 15k.

AFC:
-Colts -Patriots -Steelers -Bengals -Broncos -Chargers
NFC:
-Saints -Vikings -Cardinals -Giants -Eagles -Falcons
I wouldve picked the ravens, but having the steelers and bengals in their division is pretty tough. AFC looks dominant this year.

Denver Broncos- Talk about a team self imploding. the once 6-0 Broncos are now in a 4 game loosing streak. The way the team is playing now is how I expected them to be from the beginning. And though this team has the tallent to rebound and win the division, I'm going to go with them finishing 2nd in the division and missing the playoffs by just a hair PREDICTION Miss Playoffs
Green Bay Packers- With a mighty rebound, and victories over Wildcard hopefuls Chicago and San Francisco, this team has found a way to keep Rodgers upright, get rid of the ball sooner. This team has the momentum, and enough fire power to eek into the #6 spot. PREDICTION- Wild Card 6th seed
Jacksonville Jaguars- The problem with the Jaguars is that this is a team which their record is better than how good this team is... which really isn't that good. 6-4 is nice, but the Texans are playing more like the playoff hopeful despite the Jags victory over them earlier this season. Their rematch should give us a good idea who will sneak in as the wild card, and I'm going with the Texans PREDICTION- Miss Playoffs
N.Y. Giants- After a 4 game skid, looks like this team finally fixed it's problems and got back into the fix of things. Even with Dallas's win yesterday we can see them falling into their late season slump which has plagued them the past few seasons. I will take the gamble that this team has fixed its problems, is out of its slump and will finish winning the division. PREDICTION- NFC EAST CHAMPIONS 3rd seed in playoffs
Houston Texans- Though their game isn't till Monday night, I still have my money on them sweeping the Titans, getting their first winning season, and sneaking into the playoffs as a Wildcard PREDICTION- Wild card 6th seed
Philadelphia Eagles- They are in a footrace with Dallas and N.Y. Giants to win the East. All three have emerged with victories and are neck to neck to neck. Dallas will sputter as November moves on going into December and miss the playoffs. The Giants played well enough against Atlanta to give them a slight edge in the divisional race. The Eagles will play well, but will fall short in the end. PREDICTION- Miss Playoffs
Pittsburgh Steelers- though they are still alive for a wild card, Sunday's game against the Chiefs showed how much they need Troy Polamalu. This team has lost it's thunder, and I think they will slip and watch the Bengals win the division, and Miami and Houston walk away with the wild cards PREDICTION- Miss Playoffs
Atlanta Falcons- They have hit a bump in the road, But today's loss against a playoff caliber team is proof that they can still hang tough with the top dogs, and against so many weaker NFC teams I can see them getting in. PREDICTION- Wild card 5th seed
Baltimore Ravens- A team with so much potential, a team that could have easily been one of the top teams in the AFC with so many close games and near victories slipping from their grasp. With their offense playing as poorly as they are, they will miss the playoffs in what should have been a good year for a good team. PREDICTION- Miss Playoffs
Miami Dolphins- A slow start but they are in the mix of the playoff hunt. Baltimore is loosing games they should be winning, Pittsburgh can't win without Troy Polamalu, and Denver has slipped into second in the AFC west in a very nasty loosing streak that could cost them a trip to the playoffs. Very rough for them to win the division, but clinching a wildcard is very possible. PREDICTION- Wild Card 5th seed
Carolina Panthers- After a bad start this team has been able to string together a few nice wins, but I think its a little too late. They still have potential of winning more games and being in the wild card hunt till the end, but their poor start will be their undoing. PREDICTION- Miss Playoffs
Chicago Bears- With their loss to the 49ers last week, and their loss to Philadelphia this week, that's two tiebreakers against teams still fighting for a wildcard spot that the Bears now have to finish with a better record than to beat them out, And I don't see them doing it. PREDICTION- Miss Playoffs
N.Y. Jets- Mark Sanchez started strong, but still needs room to develop. I wouldn't threat just yet in N.Y. Mark can still develop into a good starting QB, but the Jets have lost too much steam to make the playoffs this year. PREDICTION- Miss Playoffs
San Francisco 49ers- This has been a season of "What could have been" for the 49ers. Like Baltimore they've lost so many games that were very winnable. With exception to their blowout loss to Atlanta this team could be 9-1 (This includes yesterdays loss to Green Bay) But the 49ers best chance of getting into the playoffs is by winning the NFC West, and though they have a favorable remainder of the season, I think they will avoid another loosing season, but miss the playoffs all together at 8-8 PREDICTION- Miss Playoffs
