Good shading, and there is a very nice rhythm and flow through the whole piece. Very good torso, too.
The proportions in some places of her body is off, and some parts bend a little awkwardly, especially the arms. Both arms, left and right, have a very strange rubbery-feel to them with only some presence of joints. Both arms are also a bit too long. If she were standing straight, her elbows should be just an inch or two above the waist. Her right leg (the one behind) is bent awkwardly and looks like it's coming from a completely different camera angle. The toes of her foot should be pointed toward the viewer more, like her other foot, rather than parallel to the picture plane. Also, practice those hands, and how hands grip things!
You definitely have potential as an artist, just make sure to practice things you're not as good at drawing. Heads and torsos are fun to draw (I love drawing 'em), but you won't improve if you don't thoroughly practice what you're not as good at. Spend a day or two just drawing hands, feet, arms, etc. and you'll notice a significant improvement.

Pretty good. I think that you need a little work on antinomy. But good work!
