After some promotions from the sponsors of EEW. The camera faded to a scene backstage. It was a typical interview bit. The kind where the person holding the mic asked an Extremist different questions concerning their upcoming match. Anyway, back to the current scene. The camera was in a close up of a young woman with oranges color hair and a peppy smile on her mug.
"Welcome back everybody! The newest EEW backstage interviewer Lindy here, as well as my current guest Mr. Draven!"
The camera zooms out and reveals Matt decked out in his entrance gear. His face paint already applied, in-ring pants on, boots laced up, gloves and elbow pads all set, and his coat thing on! He was grinning in silent excitement as his match drew ever closer.
"So Mr. Draven what do you think about being placed into a number one contenders match for the EEW Extreme championship which is currently held by the "Blood Queen"?"
Matt thought about it for a second.
"First off, just call me Matt. Mr. Draven makes me sound like my dad." he said with a slight laughing tone within his voice. Grinning like a fool and making jokes. You'd think he was at a circus! He took a deep breath before continuing on with his answer."Other then that I'm actually pretty surprised that management tossed me into this match. I mean I'm in the ring with two," he said as he held up the middle and ring finger on his left hand "world class competitors. While I only have the ICW tag belts in my rep."
"Speaking of you opponents. What do you think about Christina "V8 Power" Parks and "The Sensational One" Duane Wages?"
"Well Lindy this is how I see it." he said as he held up only the index finger on his left hand. "Christina Parks, multi-time champion ranging from the women's division all the way up to the World title class." he paused to exhale and then inhale for his next bit. " She has won Tag gold four times, mid card championships nine times, and won world class honors as well." once again he raised his middle finger so it was alongside his index finger."Duane Wages, arguably one of the most athletic and talented wrestlers out there today. There is no doubt that he is well on his way to competing for the EEW Championship sometime in the future!"
Apperantly content with Matt's answer, Lindy moved on to her next question!
"Alright, do you have any game plans or a certain mindset for heading into the three-way brawl?"
Matt laughed and simple shook his head from side-to-side slowly. Clearly this chick wasn't and never will be a "student of the game"! Once he calmed down he proceded to answer the best he could. "Miss you don't understand. Game plans and mindsets are completely thrown out the window. Here in EEW anything can happen. I'm not quoting some silly bullshit from WWE. I truly mean anything and everything can happen within these walls!"
