Origami. The art of folding paper. I love this particular part of Japanese culture. heart
I was considering trying my hand at recording some origami instructional videos. Would anyone here be interested in them? Please vote so I know if there would be enough interest for me to set them up/record them.
Oh, and feel free to recommend a specific figure for a lesson base, if there are any you've been itching to learn. Obviously more complex figures would be left until later in the video series. (Or until I had a chance to find and learn them - I'm a seasoned hobbyist, not an expert or professional)

Alrighty, I'll dig up the cam and start putting together some beginner videos. I'll start with the basic types of bases and their names, and then follow up with a second one showing the crane, and the four-pointed box. I might do a third showing a basic cube (that also works as a weighted dice).
I don't know how long these first ones will take me ... my apartment is a mess right now... sweatdrop ... but I will keep everyone posted as I go. Sorry in advance if this takes me a while.

i love origami it's reallyfun and really strict to the rules, you must have a striaght peice of square paper ( so i've been told countless times) and you must have all folds precise ( so i've been told countless times) but i love origami and i've done it before. my foldings suck though, but they still turn out great..
idea for an origami!!! this is one of my favorites!! do the origami balloon!! it's soo much fun and you can blow it up ^^
