PWInsider.com is reporting that both Jay and Mark Briscoe attended the WWE Smackdown tapings last night and had an informal tryout for the company before the tapings began. Both wrestlers, who are former Ring of Honor Tag Team Champions and are currently under contract with Ring of Honor, were given permission by ROH officials to work out in a WWE ring last night. No word on whether or not WWE showed interest in signing either of them.

It's cool and all that they got to tryout but it's point because WWE doesn't like tag teams.

Especially Jack Brisco. Jerry was good in the ring, but Jack was in the caliber of Harley Race and Ric Flair

The Briscoe Tag Team from ROH chosen the last name as their stage name to pay tribute to them that is the whole reason for that. the true briscoes have allowed this and gave them their blessing of them using the last name.
