I told my girlfriend im gay, she now shes really upset. i really need help in knowing how to deal with this. please, i need help on this one. i dont know what to do. cry

Aw man, that sucks sad
Don't worry about it, she'll get over it. Most couples say that they'll be together forever and, sadly, it doesn't work out like that a lot of the time. It's good you got it over with. At least you didn't marry her THEN tell her you were gay

i had a similar problem with my ex gf (When i was bi but i was morely attracted 2 boys nyways) she said it was awkward nd honestly without me realizing id always check out a boy infront of her nd i told her "Im sorry i cant help my **nature** of lust." she accepted that and went with it :3

well I mean, at least you were being honest.
I find many men who are still coming out go through the three steps.
(1st step- Being straight without fully knowing of their sexuality
2nd step- realizing they like guys but either to scared to admit they only like guys or don't really know so they say they're bi
3rd step- finally coming out fully, accepting that they are gay and only like the same sex.)
All of my gay friends except one back in high school went through this even though we all know they are gay. We had to wait for them to fully accept it themselves and admit it to themselves before they came to us and finally said what was really going on, which in turn we were all like "yeah, we already knew. But we're glad you finally know."
But at least she can get over it and know you aren't going to be chasing another girl.
