The man gave a wide yawn, glancing about the area. Soon there'd be small children running about the area.

He gave a nod to 013's okay, signifiing the area was as childproof as possible.

Now.. To wait for the children and their parents. There were 6 children total.
Simon
Yeesha
Nero
Sarah
Ligeia
and Indigo.

The youth eyed 013 warily as he signalled the okay before sighing loudly and sipping at his coffee. Who knew exactly why 247 had decided to tag along on this one- the anti-social fellow sure didn't seem like the sort of D-Tech they'd choose to help give the children their eggs.. But here he was.

His hair was mussed and the beginnings of dark circles were forming over the pale skin beneath the albino's eyes. This was a sure sign he hadn't gotten any sleep the night before. It wasn't unusual for him to be in this state, he often stayed up all night when working on a big project. His dedication to the projects got him into trouble health-wise often. Mostly because he was an unhealthy little bugger.. But he had no big project right now. Thus, his lack of sleep was presently without excuse. He also seemed somewhat edgy- which was something his co-workers had by now learned could lead to dangerous temper explosions.

He nodded towards the two as they entered, one hand tucking into the pocket of his lab coat.

(Wow, that was longer than I'd meant it to be. XD But I had to describe him for now... Because I'm plotting something later on that has to do with this lack-of sleep and his behavior. domokun )

Hand-in-hand, Indigo and Jenner stepped into the incubation facility. The demon was smiling, and her kid was practically vibrating with glee at finally being allowed in to see the dragon eggs. While Jenner was quite content to give her usual, "'lo," to all assembled and hang back near the back of the crowd, Indi headed for the front, where she could get the best view of things.

Passing Nero--who looked like he could use some serious cheering up!--as she did, the velvet worm gave the scorpion a wide smile. "We're going to get our dragons today!" she said, brightly and encouragingly. "It's going to be so much fun!"

Hennet entered slowly, holding firmly to Yeesha's hand. He seemed a little more uptight than usual - it was because he didn't particullarily... enjoy the company of 'the boss'. He was the doctor, though, and could not refuse care for a sickly person, no matter what.

Yeesha tugged out of Hennet's hand as she saw Simon, skipping over to him cheerfully. "Jekel!" And there was even Nero, whom she remembered from the preschool class. He was cool. She immediatly picked up Simon's tail and held it - the act by now was purely habitual, almost like some children might clutch a security blanket.

Her eyes slid over to Indigo and instantly narrowed, giving a low hiss under her breath, tail giving a slight thump against the floor in aggrivation. It was her. This event would have been perfect if she hadn't showed up. In fact, Yeesha was wearing the dress that she'd coloured on, as it'd been her favourite. The faded blue stood as stark reminder that Yeesha was to always hate her.

Jekel nodded firmly, takign a step foreward "Lets go--" he blinked, shooting a glare back at teh woman who had dared to grab his arm to hold him back.

He got a glare in return, a stern 'Don't even start with me' look.

They both stopped their little power struggle as the other two entered. "Aa Axel!" she grinned, following the boy over to the familiar two. "How've you been?" She paused to glance at Nero "You excited bout gettin yer dragon?"

Jekel gave a wide grin, ignoring hte fact most people flipped when they saw the rows of jagged teeth. "Hey!" he greeted, arms crossing smugly. yes, he was ruler of all.
Somehow.
And then someone else entered, "Yeesha!" aha, life was good. He didn't mind his tail being picked up, it took a bit of the strain off his back anyways.

All thoughts of friends halted as the man seemed ready to go, he spun around. Grabbing hold of Bree and Nero, Yeesha allready had his tail, and promply started draging the 3 along.

Nero's fear seemed to disapear as he was greeted by Jekel, "J-Jekel!" He piped up happy, a smile creeping across that green face. "H-hullo." He responded, his second pair of eyes focusing in on someone approaching. His head lifted and he looked to the semi-familiar girl warily. "H-hi." He offered to her uncertainly, along with a smile. He took notice of Bree now, albeit he was a bit delayed in responding, he smiled sheepishly up at her, "U-Uh-huh!" And then he was being hauled off, his stomach flopping in excitement, his own tail dragging behind him.

Axel watched them walk off for a moment, keeping still.. He had a distant look, as if something about the group of people unnerved him. Most probably because they knew something no one else did. He shook his head and snapped out it, smiling to himself as he saw his ward being dragged off, and then followed.

Indigo could smell sickness before the man stepped out of the shadows, and all thoughts of talking to Ligeia--whom she waved at, with her usual bubbliness--disappeared when Yeesha stepped in. Her antennae twitched, then sagged, semaphoring her dismay even as she raised a lower hand suddenly gone leaden to wave at the alligator girl. "'Lo," she said, small and subdued. The bossman's arrival spared her from having to say more; she turned and looked up at him, openly and obviously staring, and only catching about half of what he said.

For her part, Jenner simply watched, a slight frown etching itself on her face as Hennet and Yeesha appeared. The man got a wave out of the faceless, but that was all; she was too intent on watching the man explaining all of this rigamarole to them.

That, and craving a smoke.

When the group surged forward to follow the man, Jenner and Indigo naturally came along. Her mood somewhat deadened, the onychophoran girl dropped back to catch her mom's hand again, blue-gray eyes trained on the floor as they walked.
