Scanda is flung thorough the window landing infront of Scarlet "Had to take a short cut"he said as he lifted himself up and cleaned any glass or blood off of him.

Well being super-powered aint my problem seeing the fact that first I was chucked thorough by a troll landed here and blamed for catapulting myself thorough...

if your super-powered enough to brag then there is no excuse that you cannot handle a simple troll, or any troll for that matter one that is an inch high or 100ft high

You can, mainly because only sleeping spells can be cast in thin beans and are very unreliable
