Okay, so I used to play with gimp, which is like a photoshop/drawing program. Anyway, you could download extra brushes from websites that people made and put it into the program to use. Can you do something like that with rpg makers?
I use RPG Maker 2003, and with that program you place tiles of certain things (like parts of trees, desks, grass, etc.) down. I was wondering if you could download extra tiles from someplace.
