Water Dragon~Frost~ A little about myself: My name is Stephanie, I go by many names: Frost, Sam, Steph, you know the like. I am 21 years old and have been on Gaia for quite some time now. I have been drawing for as long as I can remember and I love drawing! I grew up in Orlando Florida and used to work for Disney World and Publix Shopping Centers. I am currently a waitress at Applebee's. I recently went to school to become a Special Effects Make-up Artist. (I am on the Right!) RULES!1. I am allowed to decline any art that I do not want to Draw!
2. Give me time to draw your request. I am a hard working, underpaid student. Do not expect me to draw something for you and then you have it the next day.
3. I do not do complicated avatars. I find it hard to stare at these little pixilated images for a long period of time. I do not need glasses, and I would like to keep it that way.
4. Give me at least one week to finish your pic. You want it to look nice right?
5. DO NOT take my art! I HATE STEELERS!!!! The art that I draw is my property, but once you have a commission that you paid for, that art becomes yours and you can do with it what you want.
6. NO REFUNDS! If you do not like what I draw from your description, just remember this, you described it to me, and that is how in interpreted it.Style of Art:
I can do many different styles of art, including anime, chibi and my own style. It all depends on what you want.Dos: I can draw dragons, humans, vampires, mythical creatures, OC's, couples, some animals (It depends on what you want) Avatar art, chibis, and the list goes on!
Don'ts: I DO NOT do the following: Yaio, Hentai, or anything along those lines. P0rn, mechanical things, cluttered avatars, anything that doesn't catch my eye.

Description: OC's but I have a reference pic I use currently( I do not own any of them nor claim them as my own), feel free to alter slightly. They are refs for a book Im writing as well as Oc's I use for rps.
^.^; this might be a bit hard though, not sure.

standing would be preferred, you can alter out some of the of the mechanical parts on the head (in the story she is a human made from magic and science) although I would love to keep the bits on the braid, you have some freedom when it comes to the clothes a bit, but I would prefer if it stuck to the skirt and the general way the clothes look. Although the shoulder sleeve part annoys me slightly.

feel free to design new clothes for her, hair should be relatively the same, two locks down to her knees, on her right hip is two hard black leather bag(four and a half inches long, two and a half inches and two inches thick) just be relative to size I guess. Although I do like the design of her top Im open to just about anything(pm if you have creative ideas you would like to discuss smile ).
Both of them are the same height, they dont need to interact with each other, you could even just have them stand side by side.
Pay: 4000+2500=6500+1000(tip)= 7500(this sound right? Feel free to haggle with me a bit if you want.)
