It was around mid to late afternoon, and Raven found herself thoroughly bored. She couldn’t find her parli anywhere, and so had decided to make herself comfortable in the shade where she’d found a delicious clump of clover to nibble on.
She gazed around at the other rabbits who were also out to sil-flay; noting how some still appeared be on edge about the whole farm raid incident. What was the big deal? So there had been a few deaths? Such is life!
Raven’s eyes fell on the group of hutch rabbits that her parli had decided to bring back with them and she shuddered. What a waste of space they were! She couldn’t fathom why Cocklebur wanted that lot in the warren; but despite her disapproval, she was sure he had to have his reasons.
