~This thread will explain exactly what your purpose is, depending on your rank. Simply being in a certain position does not mean it doesn't come with responsibility. Therefore, if you are to keep your rank, you must still continue to prove your worth and show us that you truly are devoted to your squad. With hard work and perseverance, it rewards all of us, by building this guild to become much stronger and well known. Within time, we will succeed. Now, let's get on with the ground rules, shall we? The best way to guide you, and to show you what your true job is, is to thoroughly and diligently go over each rank.~

------------------------------

Lieutenant Job: A lieutenant must always assist his/her captain. They are always a captain's greatest companion, informer, assistant, partner, and most importantly, loyal followers to the very end. But this is not the only job, a lieutenant has. A lieutenant's most hardest job of all is to always keep watch and look after each officer and their team. Not to mention status and progress within each team. This sort of job is almost similar to a captain's, in which a captain must always look after his/her entire squad and protect that squad, with his/her life. But anyway, I digress. A lieutenant must always watch carefully over each officer and their team. To be in much better detail, a lieutenant must make sure that the officer is properly doing his/her job; thus, maintaining order within the entire squad.

------------------------------

Officer Job: An officer's job is to keep his/her team in proper order. In other words, if an officer is to possess an elite troop of soldiers, that officer must enforce discipline, rules within that team, and maintain proper cooperation and respect. These are the key elements, if one is to command an elite team, of the most skillful soldiers. Another important job is for an officer to have his/her team get out there (meaning in towns, rallys and ect) and recruit. Spread the word of this guild and gather as many new comers as you can. When you do, simply have them PM me and I will give out the interviews. This will not only support the squad, but this ENTIRE guild. By recruiting more people, we will continue to grow and grow to a much better. Soon enough, this guild will most definitely pick back up. This will also teach an officer and his/her team how to cooperate and work together, as one and not individually.

If an officer happens to have any problems, within his/her team, that officer must report any detailed information to the lieutenant first. If the problem happens to be of a bigger issue or is possibly continuing to get worse, then an officer is welcome to go straight to the captain and report any issues that is troubling the officer and his/her team. However, I still strongly suggest you speak with the lieutenant at all times, if any problem comes by. That is what gives a lieutenant the purpose of being an informer.

------------------------------

Soldier Job: A soldier is not a simple job as well as you may presume it to be. Soldiers are to be at the utmost respect and must ALWAYS cooperate with his/her higher ranks, and even those, who are of equal rank. As a soldier, Teamwork is the primary key element, to maintaining an elite group, within that officer's team. Soldiers must work together and respect one another. That goes for both sides. In other words, whether you are out there, recruiting, or in a RP, battling and such, you must ALWAYS work together. Especially when in Roleplaying. Regardless whether you have shikai or not, you must always fight as a team and never alone. If you do, then the word "teamwork" will hold no meaning what-so-ever, and all that we stand for will be meaningless. We must not falter and must live up to that reputation.

If a soldier happens to have any problems with one of his/her teammate, that soldier is to report it to the officer, that leads the team, that the soldier resides in. Any soldiers, that are from a team outside of another's, must not meddle in that team's affairs. Reason why is because an individual team must learn to be held accountable, for their own mistakes, actions, or problems that stand in their path. However, if the officer allows his/her soldier, along with the approval of the other officer, to help with any problems, that the other team has, they are welcome to help each other out. Therefore, it is what gives the word "teamwork" true meaning.
