 Talipia was still pretty new to this whole world, she was so young and so little. She was so naive to all of the troubles that were going on in this world around her, to this pride around her. The main things that she knew were her family and herself. She knew what made her happy and how to play. But one thing that she really wasn't that used to, or really knew that much about was pain. And she was just about to experience it. She was giggling very quietly as she poked a little creature in front of her. It was cute! Small, yellow and black! It had a pointy butt too. She giggled a little bit before she moved forward getting really close to the ground and poking it with her nose.
This little yellow and black creature was a bee. She didn't know what when bees got angry they stung. She let out a very loud squeak before sitting back on her haunches. She could feel a few tears fall down her cheek. She lifted her front paws to her face as she rubbed it. She whimpered a few times before she let out a few quiet sobs. She rubbed it a few times as more tears ran down her face. She looked around the den for either of her mommies but they weren't around! She could feel panic over whelm her as she started to cry a little louder. Talipia was normally a very quiet lioness, not making much noise or better yet not talking. However some times she would talk. Mostly when she had to express herself.
But there wasn't anyone around.
She cried a little harder as she stood up and moved toward the front of the den covering her nose and her eyes, tears still running down her face and squeaks of crying escaping her maw. She didn't know what to do.

 Moray was gratheful to her dark friend for what he did for her. He gave her cubs to rub in the other male's faces. But goodness, having cubs for the second time was much easier.. in a way... no running around hiding. Just watching her cubs grow. Watching them play and wrestle and be cute. She adored them...
She was a bit off from the den site, watching for any dangerous males. Watching for Lulu... but she knew she was stuck with Soro and Lorei. At the moment she was trying to imagine how big her other daughter was... she heard a sound. Her ears swiveled and she stood, quickly padding in the direction of the crying. Oh no...
She spotted her pale daughter. "Tap!? Tap sweety whats wrong?

Tap was trying her hardest not to cry anymore than she was. But before she could really go to find some one that could help her or at least make her feel better. But then she heard some one, she wasn't really expecting it. She closed her eyes as tightly as she could and held her breath before opening an eye noticing yellow toes. It was her mommy, she already felt a little better. She looked up at her mother with her lip quivering. Her mother was one of the few that she would talk to, but when she did it was only a little bit. "Buzzbuzz. Owie." She murmured before standing up and wobbling toward her mother
"Nose Owie." She squeaked again as she moved closer to her mother, she pushed against her leg before sitting back on her haunches and looking up at her mother before nuzzling her head into her mother's leg. She was still crying a bigt but the idea that her mother was there ot make it better made her feel just that much better.

Moray was worried about seeing her little white girl crying in pain like that. She wasn't sure why her sweet child didn't speak much, but didn't care. She scooped her up in her paws, pressing her cheek against her. "Oh, sweety shhhh." She said, rocking her back and forth. Buzzbuzz... a bee. She cooed. "Sweety... bugs with bright colors mean they can hurt you..." She said simply.
"Oooh sweety... lemme see!" She said, lowering herself to look at her little girls nose.

Tap was happy to have her mother's attention. It made her start to feel more and more better, it was distracting her from the pain on her nose. She wasn't going to touch it. But she had a feeling a small bump was growing on her nose, and she was pretty much right. There was a bump starting to grow on her nose but she wasn't noticing it. "Buzzbuzz pretty..." Her voice trailed in disappointed. She really liked the way it looked! She wanted to be friends with it. She looked at her mom so she could see her nose. "Owiee." She whimpered as she lifted her paw and pointed at her nose with a toe. She felt like she really should have talked with her mother some times but she couldn't bring herself to do that. She really couldn't bring herself to talk with anyone. She really didn't like doing it.

Moray gave a small chuckle. Her first litter of cubs weren't half as curious as this one was. Course, her last litter knew only traveling for a long time. She looked closely at Taps nose and shook her head. "Tsk tsk.. well, that little buzz buzz meant business. Bugs that bright mean bad things, its apart of natures way of telling us they can hurt us..." She said simply, tugging tap up against her white frame.
She smiled down at her pale and brown cub. This litter meant something special to her, with the pride being brought down by these males and with Lulu being taken away, she needed something and someone to dote upon.

Tali looked at her mother before lifting her paw and rubbing her nose carefully trying not to hurt it. It stung a little bit but it wasn't that bad. She was glad her mom could make it feel better! She purred quietly as she leaned into her mother's paw enjoying the feeling of her mother's protection around her. She pawed at her mother before making a small face. "Was buzzbuzz mad?" She whimpered slightly. She didn't like it when anyone was angry. It was never much fun. She didn't even like it when she was angry herself. She nuzzled her head against her mother's paw. She didn't talk much, however when it came to talking to her mother she didn't mind doing it at all. she always felt safe with her mother and even when it came to talking to her mother. She had no problem with it, but with almost everyone else she couldn't do it.

Moray grinned softly. "Don't rub it sweety. Leave it be... it'll stop hurting soon." She said softly, lifting her paw and holding Tali's. It was saddening in a way. Lulu used to be tiny and the last glimpse she had of her, she was huge. Moray missed her poor stolen child. "No... the bee was not mad. It was just afraid it would get smushed. Thats what happens when big girls like us scare bugs like that... They hurt us sometimes. Sometimes the smallest things can hurt terribly!"
Feeling her pale child against her skin was wonderful. She longed for the touch of a cub when her hybrid children left her. She wondered where her strong son Thuto was or her green daugther Accuba was off too... Was she that old already? Two litters in her life. Goodness. "The world is like that Tali. Some things hurt and some things don't. Do you see?"

Tali looked at her mother before looking at her paw. "Kay Mommy." She said simply to her mother's request for her not to rub her nose. She didn't want it to hurt any more she didn't like being hurt, Heck she didn't like anyone around her being hurt. It was just the way she was. She hated when she saw one of her mother's upset, especially Moray. "Oh." she said as she looked down at her paws. she didn't want to hurt anyone just as much as she didn't want to hurt them. She looked up at the older lioness before frowning. "No want to hurt BuzzBuzz." She murmured before she nodded in understnading to what her mother was saying.
"See." She repeated before letting out a small yawn and nuzzling into her mother's paw.

Moray nodded and made positive sounds." Good girl." She said, reaching down to pat her head. She wondered if maybe she should take her to a healer to make sure she was okay. "Sleepy child?" She asked, looking down at her pale daughter. She wondered if Valse would return to see her cubs someday. Perhaps to help save them from the males someday.
She felt a closeness to their father, one she never thought she would. Males... who needed them.. but valse helped her and gave her hope and gave her cubs. For this, she was grateful. "Do you want to take a nap with Mommy?" She asked, looking at tap with a smile.

Tali was more then okay to tell the truth. She just really never saw a point of talking! She didn't really like to her voice was so quiet and she always got really shy when she was talking. She could get her point across with out the silly talking thing! She looked a her mother and purred when she patted her head, leaning forward and nuzzling her head against her mother's paw. She then nodded once more. "Sleepy." she confirmed her mother's words before pressing up against her mother's leg.
she really didn't understand the males, but she was in fact kind of afraid of them. Everyone else seemed so scared so she thought she had to be too. But then again there were cubs in the pride that weren't that scary... she shrugged the idea off before a large smile grew on her face looking up at her mother she nodded. "Nap." She agreed before standing up and looking up at her mother as if to ask her where they were going to be going for a nap, wiggling her toes around in the dirt as she did.

Moray chuckled at her cubs confirmation and stood up, walking them back towards the den site. "We will lay with Mommy Nadra for our Nap." She said, wanting to spend some quality time with her lovely mate. She bent down and gave Tap a nudge with her muzzle. "Maybe Mommah Nadra will play with our hair while we sleep... won't that be nice!"
She wished they could stray farther from their densite but... with the threat of males around.. she dare not too. "A nap... thats what we all need... a good long nap!" She said mostly to herself as the den came into view

Tali nodded to her mom before trotting around her ankles a little bit. She was happy to be able to spend some time with both of her mothers. She nipped at her mothers ankles before looking up at her with big wide eyes. "Nice." She giggled before nodding at her mother and starting to trot a little more, starting to wiggle in between her mother's paws. "Long nap." She agreed thoughtfully as she started to wander into the den with a big smile on her face.

Moray smlied down at her before lifting her head and heading into the ferns that guarded the dens entrance and made a mental note to take naps with their cubs more often.
