Appearance: When looking at Hayley it is hard to believe she is no longer a teenager. Tall and very thin, her body shape is more like that of a child than someone in their twenties. Her skin is very pale, only marked by the small freckles dotting the bridge of her nose and below her eyes. The eyes themselves are blue-gray and large even for Hayley's slightly round face. Her hair is a shocking shade of copper, and is allowed to flow in waves down to her shoulders, unless she has pulled it into a ponytail in order to concentrate.
Her clothes tend to be modest and comfortable. In warmer weather she often chooses t-shirts with colourful logos on the front and a pair of simple shorts. In cooler weather she sticks to jeans and hoodies with similar logos. If it gets cold enough she will wear a purple coat paired with a white scarf and matching gloves. She is rarely seen wearing any other footwear but her favourite blue sneakers. She does not possess any piercings or tattoos, her only item of jewelery being a simple silver chain attached to a Pokeball-shaped charm with a tiny diamond in the center.
Personality: Cheerful by nature, Hayley is never one to worry too much about things. She constantly has a smile in her face and is always an optimist, seeing the good in any situation. However, she has a fiery temper to match her red hair. It sometimes takes very little to set her off and she can hold grudges quite a while. Luckily, it doesn't take her long to return to a happy state, even if a grudge remains. Though she often comes across as naive and incapable of taking anything seriously, she can actually be quite down-to-earth in times of need. She tries not to let her emotions affect any important decisions she may need to make.
History: Hayley's origins are a bit of a mystery. She was born in Goldenrod City and left at the doorstep of one of the orphanages there. Until she was about 3 years old she was passed between numerous foster homes until she was finally adopted, taking the last name of her new parents. She knows nothing about her birth parents, nor does she want to find them. As far as she is concerned, her adoptive parents and brother are her only real family.
Growing up in Goldenrod, Hayley was always surrounded by trainers and Pokemon, so she learned to love Pokemon at an early age. She was too nervous to catch her own for a long time, until she made the decision to leave home and the bustling city for a change of pace in Tentou region. She initially became interested in the region after hearing about the efforts to reestablish a wild Pokemon population there.
Currently she is traveling, not staying in one place or another for very long.

Personality:
Whisper is a shy little vulpix who keeps to herself. Her shyness might make her seem like an innocent young Pokemon, but in reality she is a trickster and delights in pulling pranks. The bigger the prank the better, especially if she gets away with it. Whisper would never intentionally try to hurt someone so if a prank gets out of hand she is likely to confess and apologize for it. In battle Whisper is bold and quick, favouring her fire breath attacks to damage opponents.
History:
Whisper has the distinction of being Hayley's first Pokemon. Hayley found her shortly after she began her journey and hadn't managed to catch a Pokemon yet. Passing through a grassy area Hayley noticed a bright orange egg resting on what looked like a nest. She left it at first, then returned later to check if it was still there. There was no sign of a visiting mother Pokemon so she picked it up and kept it warm herself. Hayley feels particularly connected to Whisper because they were both abandoned as babies.

Personality:
Delro is your average Delcatty, except that he does not mind getting dirty. He has habituated himself to filth but he always prefers to have clean fur. Normally he is as proper and as careful as a female of his species, but he hates to be mistaken for a girl, so he feels the need to prove that he really is male. When he meets someone for the first time he tends to exaggerate and brag about himself. However, as he begins to trust that person or Pokemon more, he will calm down and his naturally friendly, sweet personality will shine through.
History:
Delro and Tawnee were abandoned on the street by a dark trainer who was unimpressed by their battling abilities. Delro in particular was a problem, because he never had much interest in battles. The two Pokemon worked together to survive in the city where they found themselves, but Delro wasn't suited for street life either, and so he often found himself longing for the company of a trainer.
One evening when he was out looking for food, he was found by Hayley. The trainer had just arrived in town and seemed a bit lost, so Delro helped her to find a place to stay. Hayley took pity on the Delcatty and decided to take him in.

Personality:
Tawnee is a very secretive Pokemon and doesn't like letting others into her life. She believes that strangers and most humans will only do her harm, so she is the type who would attack first in fear that she will be attacked. Her leery nature tends to turn off those who might have otherwise befriended her, leaving her with very few true friends. If she is given some time to get accustomed to someone new, she may begin to trust them, but once someone loses her trust they will never be able to regain it.
History:
Delro and Tawnee were abandoned on the street by a dark trainer who was unimpressed by their battling abilities. Though Tawnee always tried to please her, the trainer never saw any potential in the Persian's abilities. Reluctantly she banded together with Delro to survive the streets, but the Delcatty wasn't suited for the life and she had to do most of the work.
One evening Delro wandered off to find some food, but when he didn't return, she went looking for him. She discovered that he had befriended a trainer and was helping her, so she stayed back to watch. When Tawnee realized that Hayley wanted to take Delro with her, Tawnee burst from her hiding space to try and stop Delro from leaving. She was too late and Delro had already made up his mind, so she decided to go as well just to keep an eye on the trainer.

Personality:
The term 'mindless insect' does not apply to Shelbee. She is an extremely quick learner and her memory never seems to fade. She even has a good grasp of how human inventions work, and likes to make off with small objects in order to study them. Her intelligence is also paired with a powerful need to be independent. Since she can often figure things out on her own, she never feels the need to seek help from others. But she never wants to help others, either. Shelbee finds other Pokemon tiring, so she would rather avoid company when she can. She prefers to entertain herself by discovering something new, without the presence of others.
History:
Shelbee was originally caught as a Scyther in a bug catching contest. She ended up being one of her trainer's favourite Pokemon despite her low level. He even saved up for a metal coat and asked his friend to do a quick trade so that she may evolve into Scizor. But, as he aged, his enthusiasm for battling started to wane. He became more interested in designing items and machines that other trainers could use. Shelbee stood by him, often watching him work with interest.
Eventually, Shelbee grew restless. As much as she wanted to watch her trainer work, she missed the days where she could battle outside. Her restlessness did not go unnoticed. Feeling that it would be best for Shelbee, her trainer took her outside and released her. As he said his farewells, he also wished her luck finding a new trainer who would care for her as much as he had. Shelbee left feeling sad, but excited to go on a new adventure.
It became a challenge for Shelbee to find a trainer she thought would be worthy of her. Most trainers couldn't corner her long enough the capture her. Then she ran into Hayley and her Pokemon. The inexperienced trainer was no match for her speed, but Shelbee couldn't help but admire her determination. No matter what she threw at Hayley, she kept on persevering. When Shelbee started to grow tired, Hayley tricked her and caught her neatly in a Pokeball.
So far, Shelbee has been enjoying her time with Hayley.

Personality:
Tarak is a snappy, ill-tempered Bagon that seems to hate all other Pokemon. He never has anything nice to say to or about anyone. Normally, he can be found alone, mumbling to himself. He seems to live in his own little world, which is why he gets so angry when he is disturbed. In his imagination, he has already evolved into a powerful Salamence, complete with a real set of wings. He believes that if he evolves, all of his problems will be solved instantly. He doesn't realize most of his problems have actually been caused by his hateful behaviour.
History:
Hayley met Tarak in a random encounter. Angry that he had been disturbed, he attacked her without a second thought. In a rush she sent out Tawnee, and the Persian subdued him after a surprisingly fierce battle. Then Hayley captured him.
Since then, he seems to become more fond of Hayley, though he still wants nothing to do with her other Pokemon.  Name: Fluff

Personality:
Fluff the bidoof seems to have a mind made of cotten. Most of the time, her head is up in the clouds and she never thinks about things before doing them. She isn't too bright, but it is not from a lack of trying. When she wants to pay attention, she can keep focused on one thing for hours. She is quite a stubborn Pokemon, and it can be hard to convince her to stop once she has her mind set on something. Usually, Fluff gets along well with other Pokemon. She is a quiet bidoof who will only speak up when she knows her opinion is welcomed. Generally, Fluff has no enemies.
History:
A mysterious stranger handed Hayley a Pokeball one summer afternoon and ran away before she could ask what was going on. It contained Fluff, who popped out and clung to Hayley for dear life.
