For me, it may be a slight chance of 18+/Hentai stuff (if you read Ari-chan's disclaimer on her fanart in Deviantart or the quick summary of volume 3 on MangaFox) you can sort of get the idea of what sensei drew. This manga might also be just 13+ though, which is the normal rating.

What do you think is the rating of this manga? Do you think sensei has gotten a bit different this time or do you think that it's about time that sensei has done something like this?

That's very true, Ari-chan. It might not be 18+, but for sure it has to be re-considered if the publishers made it 13+. But then again, it may be reasonable for it to be 13+. In Pita Ten, there was a scene when Misha showed her wings, and basically her whole body too. But that was only one scene, so it is 13+, no questioning about it.
