Markings on pokemon: Regular Pikachu except for tail (and I slightly changed the ear tips). Moe has sky blue eyes. Similiar to the notched-ear Pichu, Moe has a notched-tail. The tail has three notches made of fur (it's just uncombed fur sticking out) and black zig-zags. Aside from markings, Moe also wears a striped red-white scarf, because he loves trainer accessories. 8D

His uncolored ear is tipped black and he has a black stripe that runs up the bridge of his nose ending in a point at the top of his head. His two back paws are dipped black, reaching about halfway up his legs.

Hes got tiger stripes on his back, down his nose/forehead and on his legs that start off black and slowly fade into white. Hes got a black collar with a silver thunderbolt pendant (though that may be left off since you can't really see it on the raichu lines) and lime green eyes.  Two white spots on his ears, about middle-ish.

Markings on pokemon: I'm going to leave most of this up to you (as you are amazing), but I wanted to keep things fairly simple, as I'm going to be evolving this Eevee into a Leafeon, which is stunning just by itself. I was thinking that the tips of Eevee's forelock could be a darker color, possibly a dark brownish-rust. Something earthy, but not grimy looking. I want his nose to be chocolate-brown, the color of the stock Eevee's ears. The color of the markings are up to you. <3

The basic idea is that his markings will be artistically stylish, so don't feel confined to just reproduce the images onto Volpone. I want you to have fun with them. (Also, you don't have to use all of the reference images. They're just there for inspiration. If you have any other ideas, and want to do something different from anything I've said here, go for it. ^_^) I do want him to have an "elegant" sort of feel to him, as he will be roleplayed with a bit of a "Victorian gentleman" personality.

I do know that I don't want the markings to completely take over his body. I want them to be accents, to enhance the lines, not overpower them.
