thats really tough, since hes always saying funny things. lol! my top 3 would be:
Kyle's cousin Kyle: oh god i cant concentrate, is anyone else having trouble concentrating?
Cartman: well maybe we should send him to a concentration camp.
Butters: hey fellas!
Cartman: what are you doing butters?
Butters: i bought World of Warcraft like you said Eric.
Cartman: You cant be the dwarf character Butters, you dumb a*****e!
Butters: but there's only like 4 races to choose from
Cartman: I dont care! log off and make a new one!
