ok...i know that sunny, paula and i are a part of subeta...for those who arent it is a virtual pet site like neopets.....but i have seen a few purkles from the neo guild there....if anyone is then please feel free to add me...i am the same name there that i am here and on neo....cant break a good name up...lol wink

Same here... I think I spend more time at GoPets now than Neo though.
I actually had a pop-across on Neo today sad
Something about circuit city, and it ran right across the center of the page sad

Something about circuit city, and it ran right across the center of the page sad Ooooh that's happened to me TWICE now on other accounts, and both times, I wasn't even sure there was an ad there yet except there was an ominous X for closing it, but it wasn't showing up, so I clicked into the text box to login, or on the soup kitchen or whatever and clicked the ad without meaning to, and both times it wound up giving me some type of spyware that kept loading a circuit city page on top of whatever I was doing and bring itself to the foreground! scream Dang circuit city!

I am really getting fed up with Neo...the Premium is nice b/c of the ads (thanks again fawN!), but I still get an iggy feeling about paying to get rid of them. If there were just a few less, or if they were only smaller, I wouldn't be so upset about the whole deal. I see ads here all the time, but they aren't obnoxious or even on every page!

*gets off soapbox* there is a way to get rid of the ones at the top without having to pay to do it...but i still miss my premium cause of the other features sad ...but i agree..the ads are outrageous compared to many other sites....neo is the only site that i have seen with the ads as big as they are....other sites have them about as big as the ones that are on here....but i dont see them on my main...and rarely do i see them on any of my mules accounts....but even if they do pop up they dont obscure the page rolleyes

Geeze, you're talking about more sites, I am a member of subeta too, PLUS about 4 SIMS forums, PLUS PLUS... hubby just got me into the forum that he is a highly valued member at. This is just too many sites to keep up with!!!!
