Not a fan of the PS3. Love the 2, but not the 3.

It's as heavy as the original XBox and a Hummer when it comes to electricity.
Sucked all the juice of our inverter in half an hour. Dx

I love my PS3 like it's one of my electronic children! blaugh
But I suggest you make a list of other games you want.
Don't want a system if you only have one game 3nodding

I really want this game, but to be honest I'm not all wanting a PS3. There are almost no games I want to play on it, plus you can't even play PS2 games on it like you can play PS1 games on the PS2 system.

Yeah, it's now only $300, but after getting the one I got for X-mas a couple years back stolen I'm just not wanting it as much as I thought.

XD the only reason i finally decided to buy a PSP is for a similar reason; the new Kingdom Hearts game is confirmed to be coming out in January in Japan, so i estimated that it'll probably be May or June it'll be available in English :XP: but of course i had a bunch of other games i wanted to play, so it wasn't as if i wouldn't get any use out of it beyond BbS

i quite like the PS3 biggrin we have one of the first ones, so if we wanted we could still play PS2 games on it (i think), and after some fiddling around, we realized we can use it as a media centre! and connect the PSPs to it so we can listen to music and watch videos from it X3

XD i wasn't referring to the game systems. i was referring to us oooing and ahhing at what you can do with the game systems.

i'd like to note that we all watch Big Bang Theory, and we can completely relate to some of the stuff they do/talk about (the episode where they hooked up most of the electronics in the apartment to the internet and turned them on that way? we've kinda done that...). as i said; yes, we're geeks. whatcha gonna do about it? XD

well, we're part gaming geeks, part electronics geeks and part other media geeks XD my brother focuses more on gaming, i focus more on the internet, anime and other such things, and my dad focuses on the electronics XP in another example, a friend of my brother's liked to play tabletop games, and several of my friends went on a Rubik's Cube kick.

I didn't know it's coming to the XBox. But I'll still probably get the PS3.

There are a few games I want for the PS3 besides FFXIII, so getting it isn't just for one game. I really been wanting to play Valkyria Chronicles, Batman, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, and Mirror's Edge.

...Amazon.com already has FFXIII up for pre-order. xD
