Aylana didn't understand why she was still sitting outside the building of Fa'e Head Quarters. She didn't know why, the place that was the most dangerous seem to be the safest at the moment to her. Staring up at the building, she shakes her head as she push her hand through her hair.
She couldn't tell what time it was, she just need in was the middle of the night. She slept very little, actually to scared to shut her eyes after the dream she had. Then the little paper tipped the scale for her. So now, she just waited, hoping some of the others would come.
How many of them were even still around? Even through she tried to block that from her mind, she couldn't help but think of it.
Pushing slowly off the ground, she wraps her arms around her waist. Her eyes scan over the area before she takes in a slow deep breath.

He had to stay focused... had to. Had to. Sei did not allow himself to shut down his emotions again - certain that he would never allow them in again if he did just that. He had left Raven a few hours ago - had not wanted to, of course not, not after what happened, but... he had to make sense of this.
He had to get revenge, if only for her.
And beat the living tar out of anything that looked somewhat responsible. He frowned at the strange crowthings, continuing his way forward, using Zero's saber as a light source...
Which revealed a woman in the distance.
"Hello... ?"

Hearing a voice, Aylana turns to look over her shoulder. Her eyes narrow for a moment as she looks a the young teenage male as he moves closer. She could sense he was fa'e, just not one she ever met before. With a small nod, she turns to look back at the building "Might as well warn you too, its not safe to go near the Head Quarters right now."
Turning to face him, she shakes her head as she closes her eyes "Sorry, that was rather rude. Its been a bad night, but I'm sure you know that also."

"I noticed." The blonde answered, rather flatly, before turning the saber to look in the distance. Things had not gotten better... but they hadn't seemed to... get worse either.
He nods at her last few words, before speaking again. "Do you know if the people that were in there got out okay ?" Zaoll had been staying there, as far as he knew...

With a small nod, she crosses her arms under her chest "There was a few of them out here. A pale looking girl, and a guy who head was off. They got out safe, but where they are I'm not sure. I ran off with a young one to go check on his guardian. When I came back the place was dead quiet." she hadn't thought about going after them, but at the moment she just needed to stay here.
Looking back toward the teenage, she nods to him "I'm Aylana by the way. I know its a foolish time to meet someone, but at this time its better late then never."

A pale girl... "Zaoll." There was... at the very least, one less thing to worry about. But... a guy who's head was off...
....Astor ?!?
But... How had he gotten here ? It did not matter much, right now at least. "I came last night, and there was no one here, so I didn't know-" He stopped there, and shook his head.
"Im Sei."

"I think that was the name of the girl, didn't honestly notice anyone but Dusty." as she spoke the name, she felt like someone punch her in the gut. It was a reminder that this was happening, even now. And she felt helpless as for once she wasn't sure what she needed to do.
Glancing towards Sei for a moment, she arches a brow before she chuckles "Sei huh? Pleasure to meet you." she didn't understand why, but it was something about his eyes that made him seem familiar. but at the moment it wasn't the time to think about it.
"So how many of the others have you seen so far?"

"Not many..." He sighed, trying to pin down names, but... they all seemed to flee away, and he shook his head. "Im sorry, I..." Just saw my girlfriend's dad dead and had to emergency bond her to her own sister "It's... hard to think." He offered, rather helplessly. "Too many things happened, I can't focus, not... not like this..."

Shaking her head, she attempts to give him a gentle smile "Its alright, I'm just alittle worried about everyone I know." she felt bad for asking questions, when she could tell even he was stressed out for a moment. Had he lost someone very close to him also?
"If only Shina was here..." she spoke the name out loud as she chuckles "She help us all remain calm, even during this crazy moment. She always did have a way of seeing the good."

Shina.
It was, perhaps, the worst thing Aylana could have chosen to say. He was so used to her being gone, to his own insecurities that she probably was so willingly, that the thought had not occurred to him.
But wherever his mother was... she was in danger, too. Maybe. He still had not managed to find his father, which only made it worse.
His hand balled into a tight fist, that only lessened in intensity when the metal of the saber handle protested. This one thing, he could not allow himself to break.
"I don't know where she is. She never damn tells me where she goes." He answered, voice suddenly cold. "First it was to look for dad, but now dad's here and she should be here too but she ISN'T and I have no way to know if she's okay."

Aylana looks at Sei, rather shock as it comes to her. This Sei, this young teenager was her blood sister's son. Opening her mouth, she shakes her head as she snaps it shut for a moment, trying very carefully to figure out how to talk without upsetting him even more.
"Your mother, I mean...my blood sister. I'm sure she okay Sei, she strong and I know she wouldn't want you to worry about her." maybe it was the wrong thing to say, but at the moment it was hard to think with everything going crazy around them.
How could expect the young man to have faith, when she wasn't even sure. This was the second time Shina vanished. So she understood in a way why he was upset.

"She has a damn funny way to show it." He muttered, but then finally seemed to catch himself. "...Im sorry, I... ....Touchy subject." To say the least. He did feel like just drilling all the anger out at the moment, but this woman, this Aylana, did not deserve to get the brunt of it.

Lifting her hand, she nods alittle as she looks away "I will not speak of it again then." she pauses as she push a few strands of her black hair from her face "So your Little Sei? Well not so little anymore. I never honestly thought I get a chance to meet my nephew." it was funny, that in the strangest time that it would happen.
Looking towards the building, she chews on her bottom lip as she sighs "I wish I knew how to get inside. I know the answers are within the building, they have to be."

"Yeah, that's me." He answered, but it was evident that his mind was elsewhere, other than small talk. "Riven told me it was dangerous... But there has to be a way to make it leave." He wanted nothing more than to charge at this... thing and to trigger-happy, but that was way too stupid. Not on his lonesome.

Aylana nods before she stuffs her hands into her back pocket. As she feels the small paper brush against her finger, she blinks before she pulls it out "Hey Sei...did you happen to wake up with a small paper in your hand?" holding her own paper out, she frowns alittle. "I thought it might have been a trick, but something about it doesn't seem right. I don't know what to think of it." the little quote on the paper was confusing her to no end. Savage brat, beast? What did this have to do with her?
