Don't get me wrong, I really like the concept and most people who went there offered something interesting. But the problem is that most of them were on Cena (or now DX) side or simply playing the dumb marks, which is getting quite annoying.
Let's do a little review of the guest hosts and what they brought:
Donald Trump (Because he was the very first one after all): Simply awesome. Somebody everybody knows and that is a wrestling fan, exactly the type of guest host WWE should bring more often
Batista: Playing the anti-Orton. All they did with him seriously was a revenge-based booking against Orton from Batista.
Ted DiBiase: Another one against Orton, but this time, it had a more important meaning behind that.
Seth Green: On HHH's side for no apparent reason than just getting along with a guy he could do a b*****b at while being on his feet.
ZZ Top: Nothing but cheap plugging about their tour with Aerosmith. All the segments were pre-taped and not just that, but they had no influence on the show whatsoever.
Shaquille O'Neal: Was against Big Show and Jericho, playing the tough guys because he's an all-star athlete, but he got involved a bit too much and his interferences were not that good.
Jeremy Piven: The ONLY one who was an Orton fan and made a move against Cena. Thumbs up for that cool change!
Sgt. Slaughter: Basically playing the American a** in Canada. The best way to put into visual the expression "wrong place at wrong time".
Freddy Prinze Jr.: Freddy - Sarah Michelle Gellar = Mike Adamle. Seriously. Good personality, could have done great with a few interferences, but they literally killed his 15 minutes of fame in the first... 15 minutes.
Floyd Mayweather: Anti Big Show, the first time I see the booking team being able to overcome their "3-month memory" rule.
Dusty Rhodes: This one was interesting. At first he was on DX's side, but then turned being against the faces as he rallied with his son's faction.
Bob Barker: Cheap plug about his book, but some interesting challenges that sure gave an interesting dimension to the ongoing feuds, like Jerishow vs Henry and MVP with the Bodyslam challenge, which proved that both teams were even in strength and making the results a bit more unpredictable.
Trish Stratus: The closest from a real GM we had so far. THAT'S what we get when the guest host has wrestling knowledge and charisma. Take note, Divas division.
Cedric the Entertainer: Please Vinnie, don't give us superstars that doesn't know a s**t about wrestling as guest host simply because you can have them for peanuts!
Al Sharpton: So much potential... All going flat.
Ben Roethlisberger: The "We root for DX" thingy was just too predictable.
Nancy O'Dell: She did a fine job to me. She's used to direct public interactions, so that was a huge plus for her. Not just that, but she was the ONLY one with who they did something interesting in the Divas division. Was about damn time they shake things up with them..
Snoop Dogg: Almost invisible, but it might be the reason why it was so good.
The NASCAR boys: No mic skills, no interests in wrestling at all... Simply worthless.
Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne: That first promo got on my nerves. They pulled it as if it was just HBK and HHH making decisions through Ozzy and Sharon, which was just the worst way they could play that. But in the end, that RAW's got talent was funny.
So yeah, I just needed a place to share my frustration over the guest hosts and the way they are used. If at least they could bring some REAL wrestling fans, like Fred Durst, Mr. T, Jay Leno, William Shatner and his toupet army, David Arquette, there could be SO MANY doing a fine job!

Will update as the guest hosts comes. It's so great to have a place where I can evacuate my frustration over WWE.

Fighter_guy i want to kick you in the balls for mentioning Arquette in that rant ... just -shutters- HEY! Despite Arquettes unfortunate past in wrestling, he could make a damn good guest host for Raw. For one he loves wrestling and despite he's part in that whole WCW Champion fiasco, he does understand the psychology of wrestling and I believe he could put together a good show. I mean anyone who doesn't enjoy Ready 2 Rumble isn't a wrestling fan in my eyes.
