I believe that they take place in the same world as the first Atelier series, based on character designs and some of the artwork I've seen.
Plus, I know that a lot of the enemy's in Atelier Iris 3: Grand Phantasm and the Mana Khemia series can be seen in TAISHOU MONONOKE IBUNROKU, I've even seen an enemy in it that looks a bit like Shun from Ar tonelico II.
And Kuroi Hitomi no Noir: Cielgris Fantasm, along with scenery, has a lot of enemy's that look rather similar to the Atelier series, I haven't confirmed anything though, since the names are in Japanese.

It is plus I have little RAM my computer goes super slow like a dusty IBM computer!!!!

In spite of the epic slowness that happens from time to time, its still one of the best places online to find that sort of stuff.

Rapidshare and Mega Upload can be hard to deal with, but I found a plugin for Firefox that helps with that.
