It's okay. I'll go fix the title.
And as to the subject...I don't think they should have a dress code. I find most of them silly and unreasonably limiting, and as you mentioned (please keep manners and the feelings of others in mind), nearly useless, or simply resulting in (such as in school) too many unnecessary write-ups and other disciplinary procedures.
See, most of the developed world (especially the west) is built upon (mostly) religious principles. Among those is modesty, which if we're taking it from the whole western thing, is taken from its Christian influences. I'm actually digressing here, because the important thing is not from who we get these influences.
The main thing is that the people who decide these things are under these influences. So they act accordingly. They slam their morals and their biases onto everyone.
And that's basically it.

That was in 6th grade lol. I looked back at some of the art recently and was like "FAIL. I suck... emo " But for real, what do you mean by "chains"?

Uh...I think either they're totally allowed or else completely banned...but I mean, I went to this one school where officially, they were banned, but everyone had them anyways because they're good for hanging keys on {shrug}

D= Huh, I'd figure being in New Jersey I'd find more of these 'chains' and 'blings', but no one here wears them, in school or not. And aye, I do find that a lot of people aren't too modest, but like I said, we're pretty okay, even for New Jersey. Must be horrible wherever you are to complain so much about it.
And yeah, there're Creepers everywhere. =_,O

....Funny how these things always go... lol. Well people wore them a bit in Maui...and here in Puerto Rico, mostly people down in San Juan, who aren't as uptight. I'd totally wear 'em if I could get away with them. Mm chains, leather, fluffy stuff....oh by the way, like my new format?
...where and why, exactly, no one really knows...
