 She was beyond bored! Siblings scattered, nothing to chase, she might as well be in a desert for all she cared! There was no fun around here. Crawling up onto a rock she sat there for a moment before jumping down into the tall grass near the river she was playing in. Startling a few rabbits, Lela grinned widely as she gave chase, zig zagging around trees and rocks, fallen limbs. This was the most fun she'd had in a while!
At least Roth isn't here... She had several scars upon her face, some on her tail and legs from their encounters. They didn't play nice at all when they were together, which drove Lela insane. Lately, however, all she wanted to do was play rough and wrestle with someone. He twin was much to gentle for that. So he wouldn't do. Stopping to scratch an itch, the dark female looked to the bright sky and frowned. Not a cloud there to shelter her from the heat. And being such a dark feline, well, she got hotter a lot quicker than most. Panting, she moved to the river, padded into the shallows and lapped at the water with several little noises. At least the water was cold against her warm pallet. Rabbits forgotten for a moment, Lela pondered something.
Maybe if she laid down in the water, she could catch those little fish. Grinning at her plan, she shuffled deeper into the water, laying down so the water touched her jaw, only her head above the water. This would be awesome. Hopefully, no one would disturb her.

As he trotted up to the place, the best lake that he had seen ever To him the water tasted the bet an it was also the coldest that he knew of! He loved it so much. He started to purr just thinking about is he wandered toward it. His tail flicked around and he wandered a little faster. Soon he found himself in a bit of a gallop then next thing that he knew he was running. But he skidded to a stop when he smelt some one in the place that he was going to. He Paused and ducked himself behind a bush as he watched her. She seemed pretty cool. Some one that he would want to work with. He giggled as quietly as he could before he dashed forward toward her then pounced on her. "HELLO!" He laughed slightly before tumbling toward the side of her. "Whats your name?"

And then there were none. Her head went under, something collided with her, and there was a loud ringing in her ears. Throwing whatever it was that was on her, off, Lela scrambled up and gasped for air, hissing and growling in between. Who the hell would pounce on someone in a RIVER? Was anyone really that du-
Then she looked and blinked. Apparently a boy her own age thought so. He was dark, like her, darker still because of the water and her eyes narrowed. "What do you think you're doing? I was fishing! I wanted to eat!" She almost screamed at him, but didn't. Not just yet. She'd see what his answer was before she did any screaming.

Usi blinked at at the other female his age. He really wasn't expecting that reaction at all. He frowned slightly before shaking his head at her. "Well I'm sorry." He huffed back at her sticking his tongue out at her before shaking his head again. "Doesn't your mother and father hunt for you." He made a face then flicked his hair out of his eyes again. He pressed his feet on the ground firmly. Before moving out of the water. "You ever heard of having fun?" He huffed then sat back on his haunches on the shore.
