Hmm... well I saw recently on the Dr. Oz show that a lady who had a port-wine birthmark on the side of her face had it virtually disappear from using medical make-up. If you google it, there are some websites in the US that sell it for public use, but some sites require you get it from a doctor. Otherwise I'm not sure what to suggest, if regular make-up won't work to cover it up.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BirthmarkI have lopsided boobs as well, although mine are a bit smaller than yours. For me it usually isn't too noticable unless I'm wearing certain shirts. In my case, hiking up the bra strap on the bigger side to make them appear even usually works, and if I'm wearing a padded/strapless bra I have a pad insert I can use on the smaller size to appear to boost that breast a little.
As for you having no lap, it might be an issue that you can resolve through weight loss. If you want to go that route, talk to your doctor about finding a weight loss plan that works for you.
smile You can also talk to a nutritionist about how to eat better if you have unhealthy eating habits. Also, if you go the weight loss route and you still have a large chest, and you're over 21 (or whatever the age of adulthood is in your country), you might be eligible for breast reduction.
