Levels assign you certain jobs in the guild. So it is like EVERYONE is crew!! Just, your not actually promoted. But the level guide is just below:
LEVEL 1: You job is to spread the word of the guild, simple. Also visit the guild often for updates. XP: 0/10
LEVEL 2: Your job is to post much on the guild. Make plenty of polls and posts. XP:0/20
LEVEL 3: Your job is the best part! At level 3, you get to tell what REVOLUTION you would like to be!!! Then you can talk about it to other people! To find out more on revolutions, visit the announcment topic TYPES OF REVOLUTIONS. XP: 0/40
LEVEL 4: Your job is to go totally public on your revolution. Spread it around the guild and on Gaia's forums! Become someone famous! XP:0/60
LEVEL 5: Your job is to send me, kurogane_007, a PM. Once we have a conversation (which topic of it will be revealed when it starts) I will have a good mind to promote you to CREW. XP: 0/80
LEVEL 6: Your job is to do EVERYTHING! For you will have to get done with all the stuff you can do for your revolution AND the guild!!! BECOME FAMOUS TO GAIA AND THE GUILD! note: Level 6 takes a ton of hard work to get to. XP: 0/100
