Babel - Continued from thread elsewhere.

[Airess]

Sparrow is still walking with Russ to the clock shop! And then they arrive! "Hello!" she says.

The twins look up as Sparrow enters. They are both sitting at the counter. Bradley smiles at them and Lindsey frowns slightly.

And Richard is still trying to figure out what sort of nonsense Angie is up to. "So if we're friends, you'll give me my gun."  

[Isidore]

"Hey, guys." Russ waves. "How are you?"

"In time, Richard. In time."  

[Airess]

Bradley turns his smile to Russ. "Okay. We found a possible solution to your werewolf problem."

Lindsey frowns at them all and then turns his attention to the clock repairing.

"You're impossible."  

[Isidore]

"Tell me about it!" He sits on the counter.

---

"Oh, you're just saying that." She munches.  

[Airess]

"Um, well it may not work. So don't get your hopes overly up, all right?"

Sparrow hops up to sit next to him and accidentally knocks some clock parts to the floor. Lindsey mumbles cranky things as he picks the pieces up.

"No, I believe it."  

[Isidore]

He slips an arm around Sparrow's shoulders. "Oh. Okay. Tell me tell me."

She laughs. "You're such a charmer! I don't understand why girls aren't flocking here."  

[Airess]

Sparrow snuggles against him.

"Uh, well there's actually a couple of ways. The most surefire one is to kill the wolf that made you a werewolf. I think you have a couple of months to do that one."

"Ha."  

[Isidore]

"Uh.. I don't really want to do that one."

Giggle giggle.  

[Airess]

"Right, understandable. Well, then there's just two more. How long have you been a werewolf?"

Is not amused.  

[Isidore]

"Since a few days before the trial. So.. I don't know. A month?"

"Anyways, I'll give the gun back after I can trust you."  

[Airess]

"Oh, great! Then you have a little time. You just need someone to slice off your tail then during a full moon."

"Hmph."  

[Isidore]

"What? My tail? That would hurt!"

"What? That's a good deal."  

[Airess]

"Hey, if it was easy don't you think there would be less werewolves?"

"We can buy some painkillers!" Sparrow pats his leg.

"It means I have to see you more. I'm not sure I like that."  

[Isidore]

He gives sparrow an uneasy look. "Are there.. a lot of werewolves?"

"You'll learn to like it."  

[Airess]

Bradley shrugs. "Enough that the information wasn't terribly hard to find."

Lindsey sneers at the clock he's working on. "Yes it was."
