patriotic songs O _ O
i think the only one ANYONE liked out of the selection was "Hoedown"
but mostly because it had a nice rhythm/beat to it that you could DEFINITELY march to.
that was our worst selection ever! > - <

at burger king band, they had us play this really horrible arrangement of the star spangled banner
it was so bad that at one point i just stopped playing it haha

It Might Be You- we played it for homecoming while the candidates were coming onto the football field at halftime. It sucked!

La Nouba. Its the Circe show they have at disney world, Alright for concert and the show, but for marching it sucks.

i hate playing good songs (well songs that are good for symphany band or just in general) for marching band...Magic Carpet Ride is amazing but bad to march to...the only good and famous song that weve played and was good to march to was Superman...da da da da daaaa da da daaa =)

our band director is usually good at picking songs, but in a blues brothers show, we had to play soul finger, and that song is so annoyingly repetative. no dance or drill or any fun marching could take away from the fact that that song sucked!

The one song I hate is Pomp and Circumstance. Last year we played it for an hour and something minutes. . . We burned it when we were done twisted

Im in a high school band, i've made it into district band with a performance that compared to my standerds i flunked, and i had to play jingle bells... dont ya just hate life sometimes lol
