Waddling about, Zebadie knew she was close to her time, she had done this all before so it was fairly relative for her, she just had to find a nice quiet place, relax and her body would do the work. Laying down in the long grass she closes her eyes and sighs heavily. All this work and she would get some new babies. Nothing new, it just always seemed like she made a lot of children at once. It was the curse it seemed for hanging around with Palahala, big litters. She grunts unhappily and moves in a most uncomfortable manner. A curse and a blessing, lots of fawns lots more babies in the world.

Gobo stood just behind zebadie watching over his mate. He had been here the last time to see his fawns be born and htis time was no differnt. Lifting his head he smiles calmly. He knew Zebadie needed no encouragement, she just needed him to stay quiet and watch carefully as she gave birth to their new babies.
It was a good time, a quiet time a hopeful time. New lives joining their herd.

The god of prey landed lightly and walked up to Zebadie and the expectant father. He smiles softly, he had grown, tall and strong and able to protect his pride even better now. He was here to make sure that Zebadie was comfortable and safe. He was a part of their family after all, a part of the herd, their patron god, of this protected herd.
"We're here Zebadie." He smiles a serene smile, love for his first true follower and almost second mother clear in his chocolate brown eyes.

Khuluma had been with Palahala when he sensed something was amiss. Taking win, the cub god followed, interested and suddenly curious as to what caused the older god to take flight. When they started to glide down, Khuluma saw who it was, and he instantly recognized Zebadie alongside her mate, Gobo. Was this really it?
His heart fluttered with excitement as they landed and Pala was instantly by Zebadie's side. Unsure where he should be, Khuluma landed and stayed at a safe distance, wanting to give the klipspringer her space but also wanting to show he was there in case she needed anything. He wanted to support her as well. She looked tired and, thought Pala told him not to every say this out loud, fat.
He guessed he would now see a birth for the first time.

The zebera striped klippy smiled between her mate and the large soft brown god, she was even pleased to see the little yellow cub. he had certainly become a part of their family over the recent weeks he had spent with them, coming and going as he pleased but there when ever he wished to be. In her mind he was another one of her fawns, a part of the herd. A youngster that needed to be cared for and braught up right. All of these thoughts slipped from her mind though as she felt the first contraction, standing quickly she tilts her head downwards as a small soggy lump falls to the ground, laying back down she grooms the tiny female klipspringer and smiles, brown like her daddy stripey like her mother, perfect. She smiles a calm smile before bearing again, staying laid down this time, the second fawn, again, of a chocolatey brown colour not unlike his father makes his way in to the world. "Boys, always harder work." She chuckles, glancing at Palahala in a sweet motherly manner. "Palahala you wanna predict the number this time?" She bleets her brow creasing in a frown as a third fawn joins it's siblings, again more brown and a little white, seemed like the gods were favouring their fathers genes. "Girls out numbering the boys." She sighs closing her eyes and delivering the final fawn in to the world. "Odd one out my little love, but thats okay, you're beautiful any way. Zebadie takes a deep breath and gets to her hooves nudging each of the fawns in turn. "Up you get." She whispers a gentle smile resting in her eyes.

Gobo chuckles lightly and clops over to the new fawns. "Welcome to the world kids." He nods and noses each of the fawns lightly, encouraging them to stand.
Palahala chuckles and moves closer to Zebadie "herd beasts facinate me that they can stand so soon after giving birth, congratulations both of you. four little bundles of joy I see." He smiles licking each fawn gently to help to dry them off. "Khuluma, come and see, gently though."

Geno blinked his new born eyes up at the world, licking his lips and moistening his mouth. It was so dry out here. He lifted his wobbly head, ears heavy and wet still, and looked around. A bunch of little things like him. Two bigger things like him. Two huge things not like him.
He wasn't sure if he liked that. He nestled himself closer to his mother, shutting his golden eyes for a moment, before heaving himself up on wobbly legs. Head hung low and his ears even lower, he blinked around stunned like.

Layan'Ura was the last fawn to arrive and she opened her eyes to see her family before her eyes. She felt her mother clean her and then without waiting for much more encouragement rose to her feet. It however did not last long, as she fell back to her stomach. She froze a little shaken by the falling.
Layan took the time while she was down to study her family, she was certainly the odd one out. Her siblings were all brown except for her, but she could still see similarities in their stripes and patterns. Smiling at her mother and father Layan rose to her feet again.

Penka was the third to last child, and where she sat, she waited. Her head wobbled up to look around, one ear up and the other stuck to her side as her fur was licked to stick out at odd angles. She only closed her eye, turning to look at the figures near her. Three things that looked the same, and one that looked different from the three. Brown, Brown, White, and Gold. She opened her mouth, testing it, before she started to heave herself up, only to stop midway and flop forward. She stilled catching her shakey balance.
Khuluma slowly moved to Palahala's side, in awe as he watched the four little klipspringers wobble from the world. To think these four came out of Zebadie. He had to check her stomach again with a glance, but he didn't see how they could all fit. It was certainly magic!
Hushed, the god of talk was speechless as he settled next to the other god, watching the little creatures move about. They were dirty and messy, but unique in all their different colors and patterns. Already he was eager to play, but he now saw they were far too small and uncoordinated to do much at this moment in time. He was content in watching, eyes wide and mouth slightly open.
"They're so tiny." He whispered back to Pala, not at all imagining them to be this small.
