Starting a little early due to some time constraints on my day.
ROLES HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED. Please DO NOT pick your character to fit your role. DO NOT TALK ABOUT WHAT ROLE YOU GOT.
Now to set up the situation.

An empty inn, surrounded by a dense forest. There was absolutely no one in the inn, and the forest was silent. It was about midday.
Then, suddenly, rifts opened above the chairs/couches in the inn, dropping in a number of participants. Hailing from different universes, it was bound to be an interesting bunch.
Should they look around, they'd notice a well stocked bar, and a door, partially open, that let to a large food storage room. Up the stairs were rooms, enough for everyone to have their own.
The shocking part however....would be if they tried to leave.
They would be able to get out the door, and start heading through the forest. But no matter which way they left, they would find themselves back at the inn shortly. Even if you tried to fly, straight up...somehow the world would reorient itself after you got about 3 feet above the inn and you'd find yourself heading straight for the ground again. A strange place indeed...

[Hiei ((Yu Yu Hakusho)) : Inn]
A rift opened up above a couch, depositing Hiei into what looked like the common room of an inn. Only, Hiei didn't hit the couch. In fact, if a mere human was looking straight at the rift, they would hardly be able to see that anyone had come out of it at all.
In fact, Hiei had fallen from the rift. Fallen for about 0.7 seconds. He got one foot under him, planted it on the couch, and sprinted away. The couch cushion was left with barely an impression, and then there was nothing there. Just nothing.
Hiei had withdrawn into a corner, the darkest corner he could find, within the space of a heartbeat, having moved with super-human speed. He crossed his hands over his chest and watched the other rifts open.

Out of one the portals, a rather large cat tumbled through. The only issue with said cat was how he came out of the portal: He hovered though. The cat levitated along lazily, as if it was in control the whole time.
"Oh, what a place, what a place, it's really quite quaint. Although, I admit, it could use some fresh paint." The cat said, finally turning towards the darkened corner.
"Hello, my dear friend. Is this your home? I hope you don't mind, but your home I plan to roam." The cat gave Hiei his signature grin, his golden eyes shining bright before he floated onwards, heading towards the staircase.

Hiei didn't answer the floating cat. He did send a glare it's way, a glare meant to warn the creature of who it was dealing with. A glare that seemed to say, 'If you even come near me, I'll kill you.'

~[ Inn ]~
"Waaaaaaaaaaah~" the girlish voice shrieked as a small figure cloaked in musty green ran out of a rift, only to collapse onto a wooden chair, head first.
She stood rigid like that for a second, before falling to her side and landing on the wooden floor, this time on her rump. Her hood had fallen off to reveal a cute little green haired doll, her cheeks and nose streaked with a crimson stripe. On closer observation (okay, not that close. It was blatantly visible), she had a large crack on her cute skull mask that formed a scar which fell down her forehead to her nose. Goodness knows how on earth such an injury could befall a child as young and as innocent as she.
"Owwwwwwwwwwwwie~" she mumbled, clutched her head and falling onto her side in one fluid motion. "That's the wast time Nehw pways a game of eterwhal tag with Bawabawa," she moaned loudly, huge tears augmenting on the sides of her eyes.
She looked up at her new companions, her abnormally large brownish-grey eyes glistening with tears.
They didn't last long, however.
"Anou? Who are you guys?" she asked the Hiei and the floating cat. "You dun wook like Awancars..."

"Your annoying voice makes my ears bleed. Do shut up."
Hiei wasn't fooled by her seemingly innocent appearance. She had that skull mask on her head, and she had mentioned Arrancar.
Of course, harmless or not, Hiei would still insult her.

Nel stared at Hiei, clearly taken aback. But not for long, of course.
"No," she shot back, jutting out her tongue and wiggling it at the boy. Man. Boy-man. "Now why am I here and why did yoous bad guys kidnap me?" she demanded, crossing her arms and standing up as straight as she could (which was only about two and a half foot*).
[[ *I'm going by the anime vids on youtube and just comparing her and Ichigo's heights xD ]]

The cat stopped halfway up the stairs as a young toddler appeared out of one of the rifts, and his grin widened once again.
"Well, hello my dear. Don't mind him, his attitude is rather grim. You seem lost, from whence you came. Tell me little girl, would you like to play a game?" The Cheshire Cat chuckled, clearly amused by his own little ditty.

"Whaaa~!" Could be heard as a portal opened. Just above where Hiei was sitting. Out of it came a little girl around the age of 5 or 6 Landing in the demon's lap. The strange purple haired girl with a horn on her head. She was wearing a dress with wings sewn onto the back.
"What happened?" she rubbed her head as she looked around, "Where am I? Where's Zidane and Garnet? Or Vivi?" she mumbled then looked up to spot Hiei, "Oh hello..." she said with a few blinks, batting her eyes somewhat.

Briefly falling out of one of the portals above the couch, the Eldarian warrior immediately twisted his body as if purely by instinct, bring his arm around and below him. In as swift a motion as would be missed by a blinking eye, his plasma-powered scythe cut clear through the couch, even melting at the ground and wall somewhat before he gracefully landed on his feet, weapon in hand as he glared at those around him.
"What is the meaning of this?!" he demanded, glaring at the peons that surrounded him. None wore the Eldarian uniform- they were all civilians. What had transpired? He had been in the middle of combat when the rift in space-time swallowed him whole. He wondered briefly if there had been an issue with his gravitic warp system, only to realize his ship was nowhere to be found.

"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!" the young child in the cow suit screamed as he fell from the portal. Before he went splat into the floor he did flips and landed perfectly. The next second later he tripped on his own suit and landed face first on the floor.
"Gotta... stay... calm..." he sniffed a lot before breaking out into tears. "Where's Kyoko!? Where's Haru!? Where's BAKA TSUNA!?" he tried to say while bawling his eyes out.

Hiei had not even noticed the rift appearing directly above him. It was a sneaky little rift, appearing and disappearing rather quickly. Of course, nothing was quickly for Hiei. He was small, his hair defied gravity, he had a katana, and he wore all black.
He was also a fire demon with super-speed. As the little girl came falling out of the rift, he moved. He watched her fall in slow motion, every mila-second easily seen by him. His arm snatched out and caught her by her shirt as she fell. He could have let her fall, of course, but there was something about the color of her hair that stopped him. Blue. A memory of his sister flashed in his mind. He set her down gently.
Meanwhile, she was confused, and looking up at him. Her 'hello' would be met by a blank stare. He didn't answer in kind. Didn't answer at all. He only looked to the other rifts, seeing several other people appear. One man cut through the couch instead of landing on it. Hiei immediately despised him. Weapons of that sort were so weak. They depended on technology instead of skill. It lacked strength, and thus beauty. It lacked art.
And then there was another. A child again. And an annoying one. He resisted an urge to reach over and end the thing's miserable existence.
"Well, I think I've seen enough," Hiei said, pushing away from his spot in the corner, leaving the little blue haired girl sitting in his spot. Without another word, he exited the building. There was a forest outside. He wasted no time in leaving, sprinting with super-human speed through the forest. He'd be more than glad to leave this madness behind him. He could find out what fool had brought him here and exact his revenge some other time, for now he needed to get back to the Spirit Rea-
Hiei stopped. Dead in his tracks. That building ahead. It looked too familiar. Hesitantly, he approached the door.
... and found the same Inn. What the hell was this? He quickly masked his confusion, and entered once again, leaning against a random wall, looking none too pleased, and none too friendly.

A dark portal appeared near a couch and soon a boy with orange hair and wearing blue phased into existence on it.
Neku opened his eyes and immediately stood up in shock. He felt almost angry, angry that he had been transported somewhere against his permission AGAIN. He felt like he might have some kind of breakdown... but then he realized that this had really happened so many times that he was sort of... used to it.
He didn't know if he was dead again or in some other form of hell but whatever it was it had stripey pink cats, men with laser scythes chopping couches up, and other guests. Well whatever this was he decided to deal with it just as he had all the other times.
For now there didn't seem to be any threat of danger so he took a seat. If this was like his encounters in "The Reapers Game" then he might have to make a pact with someone... but without any immediate threat he'd rather let them come to him.
Without saying a word he sat back down on the comfortable couch and crossed his arms, using one of his pins to telepathically secure his large blue headphones around his ears and he immersed himself in the sounds of rhythmic J-pop until someone approached him.

As a portal opened and dropped a lump of yellow onto the floor, one would expect the lump to move and make an effort to discover its surroundings. However, it's movements were slow and lazy. Finally, after several minutes after the jarring impact the cat like creature sat up and meowed loudly as it yawned, "Nyaaah! Hmm? Where did Tao end up now? This isn't where Tao was napping this morning... where did Tao's favorite napping spot go?" Three seconds latter, "...I'm hungry..." Looking around, Tao spotted a tall man with white hair(Arumat). Pouncing onto him, Tao begged, "Hey Miss! Do you have food? Tao is hungry... please feed me!"

[Fuyubashi (Paranoia Agent) : Inn]
Falling through a portal suspended in space, Fuyubashi fell hard onto the wooden floor. By the way he fell, one would suspect injury, as his head hit first and turned slightly as his body continued onward. However, after laying on the floor for a minute or two, Fuyubashi got up casually and dusted himself off in a very nonchalant way.
"Well, I think that this is quite a strange predicament to be in if I do say so myself."
As he noticed the others in the room, Fuyubashi stood straight while addressing them cordially.
"Whatever this may be, I am sure that it will be great fun."
