Sup new here, yeah I'm a Pisces (btw, I pronounce it Pie-says, like spices, cuz I like it better than Pie-sees), like the astrologers say, I gota dual personality, I'm half fish and half shark. When I'm a fish type person, I'm all nice, gentle, calm and everythin, but when I turn into a Shark... I would be angry, ruthless, crazy, loud, and intense, all I gota say is, you seriously better watch out! Some thing that I really hate is when astrologers say that Pisceans are emotional, and overly sensitive, but me I ain't nuthing like that. This can prolly be because of my moon sign in Aquarius, and my Rising sign in Sagittarius, but most Pisces that I know aren't emotional or sensitive, that astrologers claim us to be (maybe they want us to be like that?). So I would like to kno wat u ppl think about us Pisceans? And if ur a Pisces, tell something bout urself, cuz I'm lookin for people similar to me.
ps: And I'm seriously sick and tired of people saying that we are emotional, or too sensitve, maybe some are, but I aint.

Well, I'm not a pisces, but I have a lot of pisces influence - I'm sun in aquarius, with pisces rising, pisces moon, and a five planet stellium (sun, moon, mercury, venus, jupiter) in the 12th house, which is connected to pisces.
Pisces is, to me, the most difficult sign to understand. Because it's at the end of the zodiac, it's sometimes said to contain a bit of all the signs, and I think that can make it hard for people to understand pisceans. I'll admit that I've only known one out of many pisceans who seemed to act like a typical pisces. One theory about that is that pisces, being allegedly the most easily influenced sign, tends to change itself to suit its environment - meaning that even if a piscean is shy and sensitive, they might seem to be the extroverted life of the party if they feel that's what's expected of them. Of course, only the piscean knows if that's actually the case.
So, I'm not sure what to think of pisces. What I've drawn from the influence is, I think, the detatchment from reality one expects to see there, among other things, and I'm introverted, but I'm not so sure about sensitive or overly emotional. But I do believe pisces to be an enigma.

But I do believe pisces to be an enigma. Yeah, I understand what u mean, but u know it, that us Pisces born ppl are very unique, different from the rest, cuz no one is like us, or ever can be, no matter how hard they try. As for Aquarius ppl, I think they are pretty advanced, they usually are interested in technology, etc (I am too tho).. but they can be pretty weird as well tho. My mom's Aquarius, she is pretty weird sometimes, but not all the time, like other Aquarius ppl I know, they are eccentric, and talk about stuff that we don't really talk about. But I do get along with em, cuz they are pretty koo, and have good ideas. Me I'm like an Aquarius as well, sometimes. But as for Pisces astrologers say, that we have a dual personality, me I think I might have dual or triple personality, one is like my sun sign Pisces (quiet, mysterious, unique) the other is like moon sign Aquarius (smart, good ideas, weird sometimes) and the last one is like my rising sign Sagittarius (fiery, loud, crazy, funny). But I agree with u, I can also become a different sign, since I'm a Pisces, but I dunno, it can also be a psychological aspect as well, to explain how we are adaptive, or chamelon-like, sometimes. This s**t really confuses me sometimes, but I really don't care, I just be me.

Yeah... pisces is even more complex than scorpio... Fogwolf I'll admit that I've only known one out of many pisceans who seemed to act like a typical pisces. One theory about that is that pisces, being allegedly the most easily influenced sign, tends to change itself to suit its environment - meaning that even if a piscean is shy and sensitive, they might seem to be the extroverted life of the party if they feel that's what's expected of them. Of course, only the piscean knows if that's actually the case.. That theory makes a lot of sense... although I'm sure it differs to each piscean... I think the deviance of reality also leads to a lot of self-deception and the artist in the pisces may want to project an appealing image.. I shouldn't talk I don't make sense when I'm tired..

Fogwolf But I do believe pisces to be an enigma. I just have to quote this because a Pisces friend of mine's online nick is Enigma. I believe Pisces cannot be catogerized. They're all too different. And this Pisces friend of mine, she's really tiny. I mean physically. She weights about 35kg (19 years old already) and a little on the short side. And she has the customery huge fish-like eyes (which are quite rare for Asians). She may look timid and all but if you ever anger her, you'll be surprised how gusty she can get! So I do like this idea that Pisces are half-fish and half-shark. Although I think, most of the time, they're more like fishes than sharks. xp

I'm a pisces, too -^_^- I tend to be emotional, but only in private. I bottle up my emotions, and have been told that I was very cold at times. But if I see a close friend crying, I sorta feel like crying, too.

i'm a pisces also...there where a lot of time when i was younger i was very emotional. to where you can say a simple word to me and i would bust in to tears and cry for hours, but not that i've gotten older i think i've i slid closer towards the other side of my sign's personality. i'm not really that cold harted, but there are words and simply actions i do without knowing that are ruthless to others... i don't know. i'm around to many pisces in my life to even say. but i'll just say our sign is a really interesting one to try and figure out, but that's another reason why i'm here.

just for the record Pisces are Dolphins, now heres my reasoning.
The ancient greeks couldnt tell that dolphins where MAMMALs at the time, and called them fish, but now that we know they are MAMMALs lets get it straight. Also the legend of the Pisces noted that the two "fish" were very intellegent and understood human speech. Gimme a fish that can do that, and I will show you the queen of england.

Back ppl, havn't been on gaia for a while, btw I used to be Street_Gladiator2. And Chrono, it's a legend, I don't think no fish today is gonna be doing that. And Pisces are half fish and half shark, trust me, I know, because I am one.

You can think of pisces as dolphins or as fish and shark, or as two fish connected by some weird line and pulling in opposite directions - however you you want. In the end, it's basically irrelevant and it doesn't have any implications for the sign itself.
