I just moved into a new house a couple of months ago (August). When i walked into it for the first time i didn't feel anything unusual. I didn't really feel anything for the first month to be honest. More recently I've been a litte more uncomfortable in the house. I will see things out of the corner of my eye, though i honestly just think that is part of the paranoia. Other times i feel like something is watching me, like i can't close my eyes for longer than a minute because the feeling gets so bad. I've been having a lot of troube sleeping, which has never happened to me before. There was even a couple of instances where i was sitting on my bed and it started shaking. This i know wasnt my imagination because i could look in my mirrior acrost the room and see everything moving. I don't live on a fault line so it couldn't have been and earthqauke, and no one else said that they had felt shaking. I know that some of this stuff can be proven, like the feeling of being watched, but some of it cant. I was wondering if anyone could help explain??

You might have a high level of EMFs in or around your house and are particularly sensitive to it. Do you live near any cellphone towers or power lines? Do you have any exposed wiring in your house? How old is the house? Usually a lot of older homes have shoddy electrical wiring which can cause high EMFs.

Sometimes when you're between waking and sleeping, you can experience the sensation of rocking or the like.

I don't know if you would have access to it, since I don't know how your parents are, but a house cleansing would be helpful to you. All you really need is some good sage that you could use. You take a few sprigs of sage and burn it just until it is smoking, like incense, and go around the house with it. There is more you can do to make it work better, but this is a quick beginning thing you could do.
Although, I must say you are at that age where people just seem to attract certain things.

But don't let it freak you out too much, I have been in your position, and it is a interesting experience when you think about it later.

I don't want to sound rude or anything, but you're thinking too much into this. From what you are describing, you have high EMF's in your house. To know for certain, you'd have to get the right equipment (EMF detector) and test it through your house. The bed shaking is part of the paranoia, either that or you've watched thed Exorcist to many times. You are overreacting to the situation, therefore the symptoms have increased with time...you'ren ot crazy...and you're not being haunted...you've just got some EMF's up in your crib. lmao.

Yes, i even said i know some of it can be explained. I was referring to high EMF's when i said that. And honestly. I don't think bed shaking thing is part of paranio, because it happens to my brother too(and he doesn't belive in anything like that). I respect your opinion, though.

Hypnogogia is the state of being between waking and sleeping, usually noticed as seeing scenes and images behind your closed eyelids. And I just suggested it, as sometimes when you are in a relaxed state it can feel like you are rocking back and forth, either because of your heart beat or because of energy movement. I just think it's best to consider every possibility before jumping to the conclusion that a ghost is doing it.

your brother wouldn't have to believe in the paranormal for emf to effect him. and you're right, it is strange, and doesn't seem like that is something that should happen, but i'm telling you...do your research. what you're talking about is just that, unless you know for certain that either your family is messin' with black magic, ouijia boards, or seaounce, or your home has an extremely violent past, even if there were spirits, they woudn't mess with you.
