Full title: Tickling in Video Games: Occurrences, Mentions, and Notable Absences.
Some of us who don't get enough (or any) tickling in our lives may find ourselves turning to media for it. One such medium is video games. So if you know of tickling, mentions of tickling, and conspicuous absences of same in video games, list it here! (Try to make sure it hasn't already been listed.)
(For video game characters you'd like to tickle, that falls under Fictional characters you'd like to tickle; list them there.)
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Gamecube) Agitha says of one of the bugs that she'd like to tickle its belly.
Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story (DS) Starlow says of an enemy that has captured her: "That (pause) tickles!"
MySims (Wii) One Sim tickling another is one of the pool of reciprocated Be Nice actions. (A "Be Nice" action is a demonstration of friendliness or friendship on the part of one Sim toward another. When you click "Be Nice", the game randomly chooses from a pool of nice actions. A "reciprocated" action is one that, when your Sim performs it on another, that Sim performs a random reciprocated action in return. You might tickle a Sim, and get a hug in return, or blow a kiss and get tickled in return. There are also Mean actions in this category.) It's kind of funny that everyone likes to be tickled, and it's not at all inappropriate behavior, regardless of who it's between. Ever wanted to tickle a mayor? Now's your chance!
MySims Agents (Wii) Given the above and below (I don't know whether there's tickling in Party or Racing; Party seems more likely), the fact that I haven't seen any reference to tickling in MSA is noteworthy. However, I'm only partway through the game, so maybe...
MySims Kingdom (Wii) Tickling returns as a Be Nice action, though it seems like -- and I could be mistaken -- it's reserved for higher levels of friendship. Also, it's occasionally a possible action in Socializing (an action-tree-based mechanic in which, at each step along the way, you're presented with up to 4 actions that you can perform, from which you are intended to choose actions that bring you closer to your goal).
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Gamecube) At one point, to go through a pipe, you have to ask the professor for help. He sends you to Darkley. Before you talk to him, however, have Goombella as your active partner. See, you have to have something with your name on it, and therefore, Darkley has to write on you and your active partner. (This effect carries over to the rest of your party, as even if you switch between the writing and the pipe-entering, it still works.) If Goombella is the one he writes on, it tickles her.
Pokémon series since R/S/E (Game Boy Advance, Gamecube, Wii, DS) I don't know about in-story, but some Pokémon can learn the move Tickle, which is a stat debuff to Attack and Defense.
Super Mario Galaxy (Wii) In bee form, you can crawl around on the queen. Every few seconds, she says something, and every three times, she mentions that it tickles. (But once you get the star pieces off her, she won't say anything else when you crawl on her.
(EDIT: Chrono Trigger example zapped.)

Chrono Trigger: Unfortunately, I do not believe the tickler was something you are thinking of. Despite how the name goes, there was nothing about it that tickled. Look up The Spanish Tickler when you have a chance. Back then, the names they gave torture tools were... um... interesting.
There is another game that has tickling in it, though it's a little more mature than those game titles =w= It's called Rumble Roses, which involve female wrestlers. One of the tools is a tickle stick, which is essentially a white glove on a hand that, when held and used, tickles the opponents side until she falls down laughing. It's in both Rumble Roses, and it's successor Rumble Roses XX

Confirmed. As far as I can tell, there is no tickling in MySims Agents. (Now, whether or not a character mentions it over the course of a dispatch mission, I don't know, but there you go.) I still enjoy it.

To my knowledge, most of the Sims games where you deal with individual Sims has a tickling option in it. I know it's in Sims 1, 2, and 3 for the PC (and probably for the consoles, too).
I've only played Sims 2, but I heard that in one of the expansions of Sims 1 there's an option to tickle someone and, if their Bladder is in the yellow or red, you can get them to wet themselves in reaction. *Shrugs* It's only hearsay, though.
Other than that, I can't think of any videogames that haven't already been mentioned. Hmm, I'll have to go through my collection...

In Super Scribblenauts, "ticklish" is a viable adjective. Any living being you apply it to will be afraid of feathers and feather dusters. Too bad you can't use those implements on them.

Dragon Age Origins (The First One)
If you get Morgain, Morgan, idk, To like you a lot, talk about her being a shape shifter. After a series of sayings, she will ask you "Do you find me useful?" Or something along the lines. One of the choices near the end will say, "You would be the type to be tied to a flagpole and tickled." Her response is "I'd Rather not." :[ She'd rather not.

Man, I wish I knew of some games... I don't think I know of any... WAIT!
I just remembered that there's this game called Tickle Girl. It's for the DS, although I think you can only buy it online or something. But I have seen a box for it. Thing is, I think it's basically the same as that game that Axe made for advertising.

Oh, further research has indicated that you can make pretty much anything ticklish. Most objects will just kinda move around until you break out the feather, and then try to get away. The Sun will display the Scared mood, but not be able to get away.

I can confirm this. I don't remember which game, though. I'm pretty sure it was a GameCube one.

Upon searching, it seems like The Sims 3 doesn't have it. Oh well.
