This is the profile/powers I've come up with for Sailor Magellan! I just need them looked over and approved, since I won her in an RP contest. =D

Name: Daniela Rymner
Nicknames: Dani; preferred, actually, to Daniela. (Her full name tends to be used when she's in trouble.)
Age: 15
Birthday: August 2
Sign: Leo
Blood Type: B
Fav. Food: Vegetables, most notably, celery and carrots.
Hated Food: Chicken and dumplings.
School: Meadowview
Hobbies:
Exercise - Her morning run is a ritual, and it'll throw off her entire day if she doesn't have it. Dani exercises when she doesn't have anything else to do, as it burns off energy and gives her the added benefit of keeping fit and fine.
Rock Climbing - Dani thrills in challenging herself against the various rock wall faces at her local activity center, and most of her free time is spent in this pursuit. She's always trying to beat her own time, or find a more efficient way to scale the wall.
Tour chasing - Seriously. She scrimps and saves to use all of her allowance to follow bands she likes. One day, she'd like to make it to every single performance of a band, but that's a long way in the future. For now, she just tries for as many as she possibly can, usually with her mother as a chaperone.
Song-writing - Dani is always trying to write songs, but she's not very good at it. At all. Still, you won't get her to admit this, and she keeps pluckily drumming on, waiting for that "great hit" that's going to fall out of her brain - she secretly hopes to make it as a songwriter so that she can one day see something she's written performed by a band she likes.

Virtues:
Enthusiastic - Champion for everything and everyone, Dani will choose a cause - football game, study group, park clean-up crew - and get excited enough about it that she can't help but try to motivate others to join her. She's just about 110% effort in everything she does, and isn't afraid to do the lion's share of the work to get and keep others motivated.
Determined - Dani will basically not give up on something that she's decided to do unless it's hurting her or someone else. She wants to see things through to the end and will do everything in her power to see a task accomplished, even if by the end of it, it might not be such a great idea. She can't stand leaving a task undone.
Dependable - It's 3 A.M. and you need someone to help you with your math problems? She keeps her cell phone on and charged at all times and is more than happy to bust out her books and try to help. You can call on her for just about anything, and because she's also so enthusiastic and determined, chances are, what you need help with will get done.
Flaws:
Competitive - Dani is competitive to a disgusting degree. She doesn't share her hobbies, she competes in them, and is just a sore a winner as she is a loser. She likes to lord her victories over others, constantly bringing them up in "Oh, do you remember when..." which will inevitably lead to a story of her victory over you. In anything, really.
Egotistical / The "One-Upper" - Why yes, Dani is the best thing since sliced bread. Even if she's not better than you at this or that, she believes she is, and doggone it, she'll keep hounding you to "prove yourself" until she actually beats you at something. You did something last summer? She did it too, but better, just by virtue of being her.
Vindictive - Beat her at her own game? She'll get you back. Somehow. She'll go to your friends and spread rumors, she'll appear at your side to one-up you in everything else, she'll rat you out to the teacher for something you may or may not have done. If you actually hurt her or someone she cares for, she'll stop at nothing to give you equal pain - eye for an eye, except when it's retribution against her, of course.
Challenge: "In the name of Magellan, I'll punish you!"
Attack #1
NAME: Powder Puff
[What it does] Magellan grabs the two little puffs on the top of her head and claps them together repeatedly, producing large amounts of powder in the immediate area. She can only do it once a battle, and the powder tends to linger over the area; the longer she has to smack the puffs together, the more dense the powder is. Side effects including coughing and difficultly seeing. It's typically used as an escape tactic.
Can't be used in the rain. >> It'll just make clumps of grossness all around. Also, it only lasts 2-3 minutes, which in effect, really just gives her a head start.
Attack #1a
NAME: Powder Puff Prison
[What it does] Similar to Powder Puff, this is the same attack with a bit of a boost; rather than just filling the area with powder that everyone has to fight through, she can concentrate a sphere of powder around an enemy. They'll be surrounded by a ball of powder, coughing and wheezing, while she books it. This can only be used against one enemy at a time to great effect (any more and it doesn't do its job, really, just makes them cough - they can still see her just fine) and is an escape tactic.
Also can't be used in the rain. >> The sphere of powder will only follow a person around for a minute or two before it dissolves. Again, it mostly only gives her a head start, but at least she can see where she's running.
Attack #2:
NAME: Powder Blast
[What it does] Magellan hurls balls of compacted powder at enemies. At contact, they burst apart, showering them in powder, with enough force behind them to equal about twice the strength of her normal punch. Typically she's limited to two in a battle, three if she's really pushing it, though the more she uses, the weaker they become.
Can't be used in the rain, though there's a lot of fun to be had if she teams up with someone who'll heat up the powder on impact. Explosions are good, yeah?

Hair: Light blue and long. Her hair mostly falls straight, but at the ends, it dissolves into tight curls at the bottom. She often wears ribbons or bows in her hair, or cute hair clips.
Eyes: Pale green.
Face: Round, on the childish side, and it likely always will be.
Body: Dani has a rather well-developed figure for her age, which has garnered her not-so-awesome attention in the past.
Fashion: Dani has two very distinct looks. When exercising, she goes for athletic-wear and comfortable clothes, often pairing capris and sneakers with tank tops and fitted jackets. Still, though functional, they're almost always cute, and typically in vivid colors.
When she dresses up, she tends to go for the frilly and the girly. She likes being a girl, and loves ribbons and other cute accessories. Just because she's feminine doesn't mean she can't kick a little a**, after all.

Mother: Madelynn Rymner.
Dani is close to her mother, having inherited her fierce competitive nature as well as rebellious streak. They get along more often than not, with her mother helping her sneak things past her father that he would otherwise put his foot down about; though she doesn't let her daughter run wild by any means, Madelynn remembers what it was like to be a teenage girl stifled by her parents, so she wants to give Dani room to spread her wings.
Dani has been known to take advantage of this, and use her mother as leverage against her father.
Father: Vincent Rymner.
Strict and overly protective, he only wants what's best for his daughter, and disapproves of her reckless behavior and thrill-seeking activities. He'd much rather she stayed at home and bought CDs, for example, than went running across the countryside following a band. Though he often fights with his daughter, he loves her very dearly and she's well aware of it - and even if she doesn't recognize it now, she certainly needs him to be setting limits for her. He just goes overboard, mostly because he remembers what it was like to be a teenage boy, and how appealing spirited girls like Dani were at that age.
Her basic philosophy with her father is that it's easier to ask forgiveness than it is permission.
Siblings:
None. She's very much the doted-on only child, which could be where a lot of her ego issues come from.
Pets:
Tick and Tock, a pair of chihuahuas. Dani dotes on them, and they're perhaps the only individuals in the house more spoiled than she is.

The two Magellanic Clouds (or Nubeculae Magellani[1]) are irregular dwarf galaxies, which are members of our Local Group of galaxies. Once they were thought to be orbiting our Milky Way galaxy. However, new research seems to indicate that this is not the case.[2][3] The two galaxies are:
Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC)
Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC)
Powder:
A powder is a dry, bulk solid composed of a large number of very fine particles that may flow freely when shaken or tilted. Powders are a special sub-class of granular materials, although the terms powder and granular are sometimes used to distinguish separate classes of material. In particular, powders refer to those granular materials that have the finer grain sizes, and that therefore have a greater tendency to form clumps when flowing. Granulars refers to the coarser granular materials that do not tend to form clumps except when wet.

Not quite done yet, but open for crit on the schoolkid version of her, as well as suggestions for attacks! c:
Also, I've been combing around and trying to see if Harmonia / Sound were taken anywhere, and so far so good, but please let me know if I'm stepping on any toes. =D

The weapons are normally for the Lieutenants/Negaverse. The Senshi attacks are more magical, I think, although that's not at all saying her first attack couldn't be based on a sharp whistle.

The diary section has existing Senshi (and Negaverse) both of which are marked out by their title. That and finding some of the comics online might give you some ideas of the way attacks could work. Starter attacks are the weakest, then get a boost of some kind, then there's the 'Ultimate' attack, which is strongest. smile Hopefully that will help.

I started thinking a little about the idea of using a whistling noise as an attack, and I sketched up a little something that might work. At this point, though, if she's attacking with the whistle noise, do you think it would make more sense for her to be the Senshi of Whistle (or Whistles, I can't decide which one would sound less lame >>) rather than Sound, since she'd be so localized?

That's entirely up to you, since you could branch out to other sounds, or use your first attack to create an illusionary Cacophony, or a real one. wink Maybe they even use their first attack to stifle, or possible enhance, their opponents sense of sound? It would make her work well either in tangent with another senshi or require her to be inventive as far as damage, but it might be to the benefit of other senshi if they were dealing with an opponent that couldn't hear them coming.

Although I must ask if a friend beat her at her own game, would she spread rumours about said friend or would she just bare it, because if she would spread rumours she would not be a reliable friend if that makes sense, or my version of reliable if different to the actual meaning, I see it as always being there for another person be it in any way even kindness and trust.
Besides that she is going to be a very pretty character to say the least and I love her senshi concept and attacks!

Hmmm, Dani doesn't really have a lot of friends... she's the type of girl that you tolerate when you want something from her, because she's generous with her time, but she'll lord it over you. ("Remember that time you called me up for help on your math homework? Yeah, that was the reason you passed the test, right? ♥") Consequently, I don't think she really thinks twice about anyone... and she'd see little rumors as not so nasty, just kind of... another war tactic, really. They beat her at this, she's going to shake their confidence otherwise.
If she tells you she'll do something, she'll do it, so that's where the dependability comes in. But no, she's not a very good friend. xD I'm hoping she'll meet people who can really bring her down a few pegs and teach her how to be, you know, less of a total jerk. But that'd take a lot of development and RP. =D
