As you return home to the castle you realize you enjoyed the comfort of the Gryffindor Tent, with the rope ladders to the dormitories, and comfortable ambiance, You realize it doesn't matter where your common room is it always feels like home. and as you look up you see:

These are some of the various ways you can earn Gryffindor some house points:
1. Doing work in class: 5-20 points
2. Dueling Club!: The number of points varies on this.
3. Contests: When we have a contest, the winners' houses will earn between 30-80 points!
4. Recruiting members!: For every member you recruit you get 10 points!!!
(Just make sure when they join they say you brought them here!)
5. Making a banner that you can put in your sig will get you 10 points for your house!   We also won the fifth House Cup, Spring Term 2007 and the seventh House Cup, Winter 2008!|Welcome |Students| House Points | News | Calendar | Classes | Quidditch |

Well, what I mean to say is that portkeys coming from the Wizarding Wordly Affairs Committee from the Ministry are here to take you to where the Quidditch World Cup is being held, phew! Such a mouthful! Anyhoo, it's best that you don't daddle and miss your jump time, or else you should wish for clear skies to fly in and a prayer you reach it in time for Halftime

The Bloody Baron is Master of Ceremonies. Join my inter-House Scary Story contest! The Fat Friar is hosting a lotto. I believe Dobby the House-elf is in charge of the Rotten Pumkin game. The Grey Lady has taken over the Hogwarts Monthly newspaper and is also finishing up some business.
