"...'m hungry." Elzo muttered to no one in particular. This weekend, he'd been forced into going paired with his roomie, who had dragging him to meet his sluttish girlfriend, (I mean, no sane girl wore THAT in THIS weather). Talk about bad taste. So, in less then ideal conditions, Elzo had abandoned the lovers and went his own way. And by that, it ment just walking about the down town 'hipster' district not really paying much mind to anything.

The all natural health foods shop was closing, and experience told him that this was good. Organic stores had to throw out 'bad' product at this time (In other words, foods that didn't look good but were certainly edible). So, going to the deli, he asked in her could have any leftover sandwiches. Promptly told no, the man behind the counter put on in a bad and set it JUST by the trash bin, giving Elzo a slight nod. They couldn't give it away, but they also wouldn't just waste food. A small nod to the hippy 'waste not want not' stuff.

Free snack wrap in hand, Elzo quited himself with sitting on a curb, munching away at his free meal. Plus, a few extra organic cookies had been thrown in my the guy behind the counter. He'd have to remember to go back sometime.

Munching happily, Elzo didn't notice the girl sit next to him. "Hmmmpppf?" He held back on choking from the food in his mouth as she offered to but him food 'not from a trash bin'. Swallowing he grinned, (not shoing his teeth, might have lettuce stuck). "No, no. The guy behind the deli was going to throw it out, so I asked if I could just have it instead. They can't technically give it away. But if the HAPPEN to put it in a bag, and HAPPEN to leave it by the trash bin, and some one HAPPENS to take it, they don't care."
He opened it, showing her the perfectly edible contents. "See? it's still good. They just had to throw it out cause it can't sit overnight. Plus, the guy was awesome, he threw in some cookies. Waste not, wa-" The sound from the girl's bag made Elzo's brow furrow. "Did you bag just meow?"

"You want some cookies? Unless, you hate organic. Some people hate the all nat-OH MY GOD!" Jumping up at the sight of the cat's star forehead, Elzo almost dropped his snack wrap. Almost. He had enough mind not to drop it, just squish it a bit. "Jesus. Your cat uh...It's cute." He had to act normal. Maybe the star was just a birthmark. And, besides, Astraea was the only talking cat. Right? Plus it would be a clear sign he was a senshi and well, she could be negaverse. Er...Looking at her innocent face, he was going to guess it was just an odd coincidence.
"Uh...sorry. I though your cat was another one. Uh. A friend's. She's got a star on her head like your's does. Cute grey whatever. Dunno much about cat breeds." Did cat even have breeds? he'd have to look that up later. Your cat is cute though. Oh, But I'm Elzo, Elzo Xanis." he offered her his snack wrapped filled hand before switching, offering her his empty palm.
Awwwwkwaaaaaard.

Settling back down on the curb, Elzo smiled, calmer once he assure himself it wasn't another one of those cat types. "No, it's fine. It's just like those puppy purses right? Only for cats." As they shook, Elzo jumped, this time, dropping a his snack wrap. It...TALKED. Oh god it was another one. And it knew..."GOD! How many of you exist? Jesus Christ!" As the cat sank back into the bad, Elzo looked up at Liz. ".....are you also a....you know?" He made an odd hand motion. "I mean like..." He leaned over and whispered, "a senshi?"
The snack wrap was forgotten, there were more important matters at hand now. "I mean like..she's not going to tell me I have more evil to fight, is she?"

The girl saying she was a senshi BLEW. HIS. MIND. To date, he'd only met a few. To meet one, as a normal person..it was awesome! Looking around, he realized how odd they must have looked. Two kids and cat sitting on a street corner. A talking cat. Maybe public area wasn't the best place for such conversations. Plus his lunch was on the ground and he might sit on it. "Um..do you want to take this convo to a more...private area?" He motioned to a small alley used for the organic market. It smelled a bit odd, but, it would allow them to talk freely. "I mean...its just..it's kinda freaky...talking to a cat and all. Not that you guys are freaks but uh...yeah."

"Well, just about a month now. 'm still getting used to it. He idly groped in the bag, pulling out a cookie and offering one to her. "I was just sent down the Hillworth's basement and there was this thing right? It was all nasty and spit this green acid and like, so, I was running and, Astraea right? She come form NO WHERE and tells me 'hey scream this' I do do and BAM!" Elzo slammed his fist in the wall dramatically. "I was Sailor Castor, senshi of Hail!" He looked almost smug. "It was totally cool, now that I think about it." He blush almost forgetting that he had gone to the alley to be quite, not to scream. "Oh, um, what about you Liz? How'd you find Uh Chloe was it?"

Listening to Liz and Chloe, Elzo just munched on the organic cookie. At the mention of youma he nodded, knowing the feeling of facing one of those things, but two? That was hardcore mode. "Sailor Nerissa? Never heard of her. But, I only know of few others. It's like fight club. Rule one, don't talk about it. Rule 2, don't talk about it." Another bite of cookie.

"And Astraea is, pardon my pun, kinda catty. If not down right bitchy." He smiled at Chloe. "At least you don't seem to want to yell at me at each turn."

"...." Elzo raised a brow at Liz's manners. She was pretty innocent, most people would at least try to insult, not compliment. At least Chloe seemed to balance her out. He had to agree though, Astraea knew what she was doing, after all, if she hadn't shown up when she did..he'd have been a new ingredient to the Hillworth stain collection.

"So like, no offense, but can you elaborate about the whole negaverse and monster thing? And what we're supposed to be doing in general?"
