Greetings fellow members, it has come to my attention that multiple users are getting their trading passses disabled and are not able to participate in Gaias' "Gold Functioned" activities such as being able to buy or sell their items in the marketplace or simply trade items with other members. I don't really think it's fair that gaia is able to disable our trading passes. Most of us never really do anything wrong in the first place or anything that is against the Tos. My trading pass was disabled a few months ago after my friend sent me multiple gifts (which in the end resulted in my trading pass being taken away). Now I usually do all my trading and stuff from my mule. It's really difficult to earn enough gold for the things I want to buy when most of my important items are on my main account (this one). I find it very hard to be able to do anything without a trading pass these days, but I refuse to give up gaia because of it. I've been a proud member for at least 3 years now and all I can say that they were the best years of my life. I've made many friends here and some very influential people that I would consider as friends; and I REFUSE to let just a stupid trading pass get in the way of it. Needless to say over those three years I have invested over $300 in gaia cash and collectibles and such to have the items that I am wearing today. And until I get my trading pass back I will do no such thing, and I encourage every one of you to do the same. All in all I encourage every single person who has had their trading passes taken away to please SIGN MY PETITION and hopefully we can send Gaia a message by not purchasing Gaia Cash until we get our trading passes back. And I mean ALL of our trading passes, EVERY SINGLE ONE. Since Gaia is free to sign up for the system depends on our Gaia Cash to make money, and if everyone with OR without a disabled trading pass does not purchase and Gaia Cash or Collectibles with (real money) hopefully Gaia will get the message. And anyone who doesn't have a disabled trading pass or just simply know somebody with a disables trading pass I encourage you to show your support. Thank you all and have a wonderful day! <3

we need to do a lawsuit against gaia this is absolutely wrong. although ive only spend like 30 something dollars on gaia thats still money and ive been a great asset to gaia and for them to do this to me is a slap in the face........

My trading pass was disabled since July - I can't remember exactly when though- I think it was either the 17th or the 23rd. Still not sure ^^;
It was disabled because my friend sent me too many gifts. I stil remember them too- It was a Frostbite Blade, A Coal Tavern Wench's Bustier, A nitemare collar and the leather collar with cross thingy. ;3

Well... My trading pass has not been disabled, but, Chemi there is my friend. And now that I know so many uses have also had the same thing happen to them as chemi, I fee the need to support you, so even if I'm not a member of your lovely guild, and still have a trading pass, you guys have my support. I'll be advertising for you. ;3

This would probably do better in the Site Feedback -> Petitions as not only people in this guild will see it.
I never buy Gaia Cash anyway, but I'll sign.
We can't file a lawsuit because they have a few 'we own you' clauses in their terms of service that allow them to do pretty much whatever they want with our accounts regardless of how much we paid into them. All we can do is refuse to pay into a company that refuses to treat its users like they matter.
My pass has been disabled six months and I have seen people get theirs back within weeks while I have been asked to be patient. That is basically a huge '******** you' to me, and Gaia will not be getting a cent from me, not even from ad revenue or sponsor offers, until this system is fixed, or at the very least better explained and organized.

I still have my trading pass but im afraid to use it now that i know how unfair gaia can be about it. >.<
