This tome is a scroll, however it appears no more delicate than a hardcover journal. Rather, it seems even more resilient, is it possible for a scroll to look like it cannot be questioned? Whatever your feelings, you feel like the scroll could survive hundreds of years of wear and tear, wars and strife. You unroll is to find delicate calligraphy and ornate images. You feel a sense of justice and wisdom, when you look at it, like inside of it there's the solution to a problem you hdan't realized you needed to solve.
Next to it is a deep inkwell and a smooth calligraphy brush that looks recently used.

Your Herald has come a long way to arrive at this doorstep. However, he remembers little, if nothing. What of his childhood, his falling, his rebirth, the sacrifice made to him to make him what he is today? There's no immediate sign of a past, just a future before him.
What are his thoughts on his situation? Where does he go from here? Does he have any idea of his past or himself, even the sketchiest details?

He’s always looking on the bright side of things, able to find that silver lining in life. Basil Harper: He was the one who made a wish and made his star, Epsilon, fall from the sky. He's the unspoken head of the household. Benjamin Harper: The uncle of Basil. The man is more than a little twisted. He's not insane, but can be described as beyond his years and ahead of his times. He's currently working on a secret project and tends to yell at people who ask too many questions. Andrew Harper: The father of Basil. He's the Account Planner for his advertising firm and his never around, too busy immersing himself in today's up and coming culture. Lawrence Forney: Goes by the name of Forney. He showed up on Basil's doorstep one day out of the blue. He's a ex-patisserie, previously working with Benjamin on the old man's "latest project." The two had a falling out and Forney was kicked out. He likes to push his luck with Basil. Youngju Cho: Comes by to clean Benjamin's house every week.
