Should she keep this? No, it probably didn't even fit her anymore. Oh, definitely keeping this one, she'd wear it constantly. Actually, on second thought, she should take that other one, too. Lee was sitting on the floor of her closet, going through all her clothes, deciding what to take back to Farstep to sell/keep and what to leave behind. It was a nice distraction from the worry nagging at her, finding clothing could keep her in high enough spirits for now. It helped, too, that they were finally going home. She would missed being waited on, but figured Rory and Lauss did a good enough job of that at home anyway. Besides, she didn't want to be around her parents anymore, they were so... happy today. It was weird, and a little disgusting to the girl, considering their reasons for it.
With her current good-sized cardboard box overflowing at this point, Lee decided it was a good time to request a new one. Peeking her head out, she searched for Rory, calling out, "Can you get someone to bring me another box?" Sure, this would be her sixth, and it was true that she wasn't finished with even a quarter of sifting through the clothes hung up and folded in her old dressers, but that just mean more money, right?

Rory just nodded and leaned out the door, flagging down a passing servant with Lee's request. He came back and sat next to her. "You do know th' closets ain't tha' big, yeah?" He stroked her cheek gently, brushing some of her hair from her face. "You seem a little low-key t'day. What's wrong?"

Lee shrugged, looking down as she attempted to close the box without ripping it. She hoped he'd already forgotten about their problem from last night. Well, all of their problems from last night. At that moment, it very much seemed as if fate hated the couple. "Nothing, really. Just focused, I guess. A little sad to be leaving maybe." That was a lie if he'd ever heard one, she was sure, but she hoped he wouldn't press her on it.

"You can stay a bit longer if you want. I hae t' gae back, unfortunately. I'm needed at th' stables, but you can visit more. An' w' can come visit again soon," Rory said softly, rubbing her back. "You want some help packin'?"

Lee's eye twitched at the thought, shaking her head. "I have a job, too, now, ya know. Kinda have to go back." She frowned, wanting to keep from bringing up the real problem. "You can help if you dun have anything better to do, but dun feel obligated." Besides, he'd be helping when he was the one doing the heavy lifting once they got back to Farstep.

Smiling weakly but refusing to look up at Rory, Lee shook her head. "It's not that. I know. Really, don't worry about it." She fell onto her back to grab the empty box placed behind her, sitting up and setting it before her, starting to fill that one up now.

Rory looked down at the shirt in his hands, not sure what was wrong with his girl. If she wasn't upset over the argument, then what? "I'm not bein' a good boyfriend, I guess, 'cause I know you're upset, but I donnae know why."

Her eyes flashing up to the boy, Lee shook her head quickly, leaning forward to look him in the eyes. "No, that's not-- It's like, the opposite of that. I don't want you thinking about it, alright?" No sense in them both worrying over her possibly being pregnant. Truthfully, she was glad he wasn't giving it any thought. Still, there was another matter entirely filling her with anxiety. This one actually did have to do with the fight, but Rory wasn't at fault here, either.

Stopping what she was doing, Lee sighed softly to herself, pulling her legs up to her chest, not caring that Rory could see what was under her skirt when she did so. "There're two things. Wanna hear the bad one or the worse one first?" Rory, you really shouldn't have asked.

Lee set her forehead on her knees, speaking down toward her legs instead of looking up at Rory. "I'm worried about being pregnant. Even with the high chance that I'm not. I wouldn't make a good mom, and I'm not ready to live my life for some little kid. I'm still young, and so are you, and I dun wanna have a baby. Not until I've done everything else I've ever wanted to do in my life." That was the first, and now for the second. She cringed a bit before continuing, not at all wanting to say what she was about to. "I think maybe we shouldn't get married. I love you to death, Rory, and I know you love me, too. But I dun think you realize what you're doing. You're agreeing to spend the rest of your life with me. I've been the worse girlfriend in history, and I'll make an even worse wife. I'd rather you hate me for calling off the marriage than hate me for being me. And that's what'll end up happening. I'm stupid and mean. There were so many other things I wanted to say to you when we were fighting, and looking back, they were horrible. I don't deserve you at all. Not at all." And now, she wished she hadn't said anything. She should have just kept lying.

Rory just laughed. "I love you, too, but you ain't stupid or mean. You donnae want t' be married, then w' can hold off on tha'." He moved over to hug her. "I think you're worryin' too much on things tha' donnae really need t' be worried about. I blame your mother fae tha'. She got it in your head fae us t' fight an' w' did. You know people say things all th' time tha' they don't mean while fightin'. Tha' doesnae make you a bad person. I wanna spend me life wi' you, married or not. Simple as tha'. If you wanna break up, well, I'd be very sad, but I'd understand."
