It's been six months since the Anime Boston incident. The teams have recuperated from the shock and now they have to team together more often due to the increase in numbers of the Sentinals.
================================================
The X-men are totally at ease though, enjoying every day life and happy to have made some friends from the convention. A few of which come to visit them often.
The Brotherhood on the other hand have not only Sentinals to deal with like the X-men but unlike the X-men they have Ano Katakido:shi, lead by a former brotherhood member, lurking in the shadows waiting for their chance to take down the Brotherhood.

Sam rushed down the stairs as she pulled on her coat and literally flew out the door that cold, mid-October morning. "Shoot! I'm gonna be late for first period. Damn that alarm cloak!" She muttered to herself as she ran to the garage and tossed her bag into the passenger side seat as soon as she got in the car. She pulled out of the garage and drove off in the direction of the school, not speeding but a little quicker then she usually went. She felt like the White Rabbit in the story Alice in Wonderland. "I'm late!"
Finally she pulled up into the parking lot of the school ten minutes later and made a mad dash for the doors as soon as she was out of the car. Two security guards stood there closing the doors and she slipped in just before they shut and the bell rang. "You're lucky.." One said and she nodded, being out of breath and couldn't very well talk, she waved and speed walked to her first period class that had just started. Slipping into the room she found a seat and collapsed into it. The teacher gave her a reprimanding look and Samantha gave an apologetic one back.
Six months. Six months and Kit still hadn't returned. Magneto calling had died down to the normal weekly update call. Toad was still unnerved by the last anything he heard from Kit. He knew what was happening and he knew it was his fault but the spiral had already started and there was no stopping it.
Over the past three months though he could have sworn he saw Kit with a holo watch on or Kurai grinning menacingly at him from inside a store or passing on the street but he doubted it. Knowing Kit they would stay hidden until they struck.
Mortimer sighed and got up, going through the attic window and back into the house, he had been sitting on the roof since the sun had risen an hour before. He glanced at the boxes of Kit, Kurai, and Tala's things that they had left behind and a shiver ran up his spine.

travon was waiting arund in front of the school till the bell that allowed studets to go in. he had been leaving early mainly so he wount be around kits old room he did miss her, se had kept the place from gouing dull. he was also keeping away cause every time he seem to relax they were off to something magneto wanted done.
brett was at school early as possible so he could get the stuff from his locker. somehow xaviar managed to get him and sam in all the same classes and he had been useing sam's eyes to answer stuff the teacher asked. the teachers didn't mind sam helping him and were wiling to make a special test in braillefor him come test time. he didn't care how Xaviar did it to were he wasn't suspected as a mutat but it had been working.
akira was able to keep her job at the cosplay store but sadly it closed due to no one wanted t got to any conventions in the local area scice the sentinal attack. she had a huge amount in her savigs she could free spend for many many months before she have top get a job again.

Jerun had been in Trig all morning literally just wanting to shoot his teacher. The lady just didn't get it. Luckily he'd be able to chill during lunch. 'stupid bell' he thought.
Isabella was sitting in her geometry class daydreaming. A lot had happened the past while. As well as being able to finally calm down about the Con situation she had begun taking intrest in medical studies considering that her older friend Sam had her hands full every time the mutant kids got rily or there was another sentinal incident. As well her first boyfriend had come and gone. She had met up with the boy from the con and in all truth he was a better Jet., than a better person. But she was focused most on tomorrow when she would finally be able to drive turning 16.
"Miss Reins, number 42 please?"
"Wha' Oh sorry Mrs. Sanden. Uh... X is equal to 35?"
"Good now please pay attention. I would want to have to call the dear Professor would I?"
"No mamn."

~Kuma Idriov~
Over the six months. Kuma has been hard at work. He had become more or less an unofficial care taker of the manor. He did what he could despite his size. The gardens were kept beautifully, more so then they have been, the freezer was always stocked with fresh meet of various types from Kumas hunting. He had made himself a little skinning and tanning shed in the back so he could tends to the hides of his kills. Wood was always chopped for the fireplaces of the large manor and generally things were just kept nice. Kuma had even been spending alot of time in the infermery learning modern medical techniques, replacing them with his old mid-evil knowledge. He was a fast learning and surprisingly delicate and dextrous with those massive claws of his. Kuma had also in this time been taking the lessons that Xavier had set up for him to help him understand the world, it's history, and to get his English better and he had improved, starting to understand the world more and more now. Today however, Kuma was in the Danger room. Since the anime boston incident... he has been trying to become better and stronger. Blameing himself for the loss of life that occurred there. Even the one that Kit took. He had the session set on Wolverines Training level, dodging left and right as his axes cleaved through steel like a hot knife through butter. Yes, over the 6 months, Kuma was keeping himself busy almost all the time.

It was well before Kurai and Tala would wake up that Kit went into the tv room and turned on the television and put the volume down to a level barely audible for humans to really hear fully but with her fox ears she heard it perfectly. She switched the channel to the news channel and glared. Not only had the sentinals been dispatched to fifteen of the fifty states in the USA but apparently the Brotherhood were starting to make big moves. Mystique's group the most. Kit sneered at the television and turned it off as the morning sun started getting brighter. "I'm up so I might as well make breakfast for when the others wake..." She muttered as she got up and walked to the kitchen.
Samantha glanced over and saw Brett in the seat next to her and she reached over and gave him three soft taps on his arm, like she always did, to let him know she was there.

Travon was in the same geometry class as isabella, he sat a few seats back in the very back row doodlingin his notebook. the teach never seem to get on to him for it. he would always keep douing it no matter how much he said it. the teacher gave up on making him pay attention, she couldn't complain he had an A- were a lot of the kids were already down to a C. he haden't talked too much with his friends that live with the xavair guy even though he shared his classes wih a lot of them expecily sam seeing as they were both seniors.
brett was listining to there english teacher explain the essay they were going to have to write. he felt sam tap his arm like she had been doing scince the school year began. he smirkedso she would know he got the message he didn't usully 'look' over till someone talked to him he had alread got attacked by a girls bag cause she though he was looking were he shouldn't but he honstly had no clue he was staring at the time.

travon read the note when the teacher was writeing a new set of problems on the board. he wrote back 'sure i'll come. got a wishlist?' he decretly put his arm behind him and had the shadow under his desk transport it to under her geometry book. every one was paying atention to the board and even if they did look it look like a trick of the light. the note peeked out from under her book were she could see it. luickily the sentinals were still many states over. even if not he probaly wouldn't care much if they wrecked the school. in facet some kid might even thank him

After destroying as much of the danger room as the professor could afford for the day, Kuma picked some high powered laser out of his teeth and headed for the showers, taking this time to wash the smell of battle out of his fur and generally do the maintenance that was required to maintain the softness of his shaggy fur. After about an hour of showering and brushing, he donned a clean pair of X-Pants and headed up to the kiction after he put his axes away in his room. He reached into the freezer and pulled out a huge dear stake that could easily feed a family of 5 with seconds and started to cook it up for his lunch. Part of his lessons was every day normal life stuff like how to work a kiction. Something that his apatite made him excel at.

She saw the note in her book and replied extremly quickly throwing it back before Mrs. Sanden turned around. "Surprise me. Oh and invite all the BH. I wanna see everyone there. I'll invite Jerun during everyone's 3rd hour.

((Dunno bout you guys but I say lunch time XD I hate RP'ing classes lol ))
After what seemed like days the lunch bell finally rang as Sam and Bretts third period Japanese teacher, Mrs. Yagami, quickly finished the class and assigned a massive amount of homework. Though this was Sam's favorite class she was glad it was over seeing as how she had skipped breakfast that morning. Getting up she grinned at Brett, "Wanna grab our usual table in the lunch room or try a different one today?" She asked. In the six months that had passed she, Brett, and Isabella had become best friends and you would hardly see one without another or the three not together.
((And yeah that's TOTALLY a death note referance because I'm that obsessed XD no i'm not really all that obsessed, if I was I would have added seeing a guy crouched on a chair eating candy with messy black hair XD ok i'm done now...i think...yay red bulls! ))

"OI!" Kurai said from bed. "Don't forget the coffee!" Tala groaned a bit. Kurai had been slowly building her tolerance for coffee, but she still preferred chocolate. Rubbing her eyes a bit, Kurai swatted Tala's foot to be sure she was up, and went in the kitchen. As she usually did, she didn't bother using a chair, rather creating a light chair to sit on. It was nice to be able to exercise her powers with nobody telling her what to do or not do. As Tala came in with a positively HUGE yawn that nearly unhinged her jaw, Kurai asked, "So what we got planned? Give the frog a complex, wreak a lil havoc, hit up Starbucks?" "Not necessarily in that order?" Tala added.

Kit smirked at her friends as they came in. A pot of coffee was already in the process of being made and the french toast and bacon was nearly done too. "I say we hit up Starbucks then find out what's going on over at the old place using Momo." She said referring to the little red fox that was sleeping in the corner of the kitchen on a fluffy dog bed. They had found the fox while they had been training and it followed Kit back here, Momo had come in handy since Kit could communicate with him through a slight telepathy she found she had with foxes. A grin spread across her face as she grabbed a couple plates and put food on them and popped them down in front of Kurai and Tala then got her own and some coffee for herself. "Y'all grab your coffee, I did enough by cooking." She said with a laugh.

"let do the same one. last time we did a random table i got attacked by a purse remember" brett said remembering it with a smirk. the chicked smell ok this time, better than the patatoes they smelled like drywall, and the fruit didn't smell like dirt. he payed the lunch lady for the meal and they went to wew isabella was. hecould tell she was there cause he heard her familer shoe tapping on the floor.
travon got his lunch a bit later than sam and brett. he didn't like the chicken here so he got the hamburger instead. he sat at the emtey table he usully sat at didn't think he was too intimadating but he was cause no one really sat around him. he was tempted to go over by sams table though.
