Where do we post next weeks stuff? Y'know, the window thing. I just spent the lat hour writing a poem about a window.

Window

I’m looking out the window
You stand there, looking in
Just like the air in here
The glass is cracked and thin

It marks the space between us
It keeps us far apart
This segregation of the body
Cannot stop my beating heart

It separates our minds
Pulls away the pieces
Undiscovered possibilities
Hidden in its reaches

You’re looking out the window

Just like your air, far from here
The glass is trapped within

Play toy for the innocent
It’s just a child’s looking glass
It tortures the loved ones
With every minute passed

They’re looking through the window
We stand here, looking in
We’re running out of oxygen
In our insecure delusions

No doubt about relations
No beauty left unknown
No windows to be shattered
Or sins to be atoned.

Separated by a window
Through the glass we stare
