Good idea for the Hebrew date. Although, it does change every year... people'd have to supply their Hebrew birthdays. sweatdrop I'll add the Hebrew months now.

and 15 to tishrei (ט"ו תשרי)
this is the middle of the month...
and i think i can explain the changes you have mentioned...
well, outstate dates are counted as a sun year... jewish year, as a moon year which is shorter,,, so you can look in both ways... if you count the jewish year, the outstate date "changes" every year, and if you look for the outstate date (like i do) you will see that the jewish dated "changes" every year... the two dates meet every 19 years,,, like, i was born at 1990 so tet vav (15) in the tishrei month and the 4/10 will be on the same day in 2009,,, get it?
