Mizer had been practicing as hard as a little cub could push him self. Though, his parents weren't really warriors or anything. Pilate her self was as bad as a cub her self and Rahvu, though a lion, was kinda to nice to really be a warrior. So Mizer took it on his self to train up so that he could be the one honored with freeing the cursed maiden. He was obsessed with the idea and the glory.
So today he had practiced on a poor hare who he had mangled in the process of his training. Mizer didn't care though, a hare was food. If it had been tougher then Mizer would have let it go after he was done with it. But the hare had been weak and now its mangled body laid lifeless on the savanna grass in a pool of its own blood.
Mizer smiled happy with his work.

"You 'gonna eat all that?" she'd been looking for her brother for the better part of the morning. It was nice to finally have found him. Finding him with a fresh kill was a wonderful bonus.
"'Cause mama says we have to share!" yeah. The boys had to share with her. When it came around to her turn and she had to share with the boys she wasn't always so reliable.

Mizer winced at his sister voice and gave her a sneer of a look. Not that he didn't like his sister, but she was competition and she was taking it as seriously as the boys. In fact, she was better then the boys in some aspects and a true threat to the great honor.
"No you can have it, " He pawed the kill in a violent fashion on over to her. His ears were tucked flat on his head and his tail twitched some.
A leopard had been watching the blue cheetah for quite some time. He just seemed interesting, specially how he had handled the hare. His gray sister , he assumed they were related, also seemed interesting. A rivalry. So young and already a rivalry.
With great grace the leopard shimmied down the tree and approached the two cubs with a smile on his maw. The two reminded him of his relationship with his siblings. Caius him self had never been one to take the rivalry all that seriously in his youth, but his sister and brother had. It was like looking back in the past.
"My my, I didn't think I'd find two warriors out here." He smiled down at both of them. Mizer greeted his smile with a glare.

"Why not? You're not going to eat it all! You eat like a tickbird!" she sat down, a sour expression on her face. "I'm gonna tell mommy," it wasn't much of a threat.
When the blue leopard approached she rose again and moved behind her brother. Strangers, especially if those strangers were predators were frightening beyond measure.
"We're not warriors," she said, defiant despite the danger. "We're knights! Mama said so."

Mizer was more bold then his sister. He wasn't afraid to tell off a stranger or really anyone.
"Yeah we're knights and if you know whats good for ya, you'll leave." He growled, but it came out more like a chirp as he took a few threatening steps toward the new comer. "There are two of us and one of you."
The leopard was highly amused by both these young cheetahs. His smirk stayed planted on his maw.
"Oh my, I guess all I can do is ask for forgiveness then. I did not know I was dealing with two knights." This stroke of ego made Mizer smile, and it made his scowl soften a little. The leopard noticed and went on to stroke the small cubs ego.
"I don't think I'm any match for one knight.. let alone two."

"You sure aren't!" the little grey cheetah chirped. She wasn't so sure what it was her brother was doing or if it would even work. Going along with it had to be better then running away though. Running showed nothing but fear and cowardice. At least... that's how she understood it.
Two of them... and one very big him. She glanced at Mii'zer. Maybe cowardice was a good thing every so often.

Mii'zer smiled at his sister and looked back up at the strange new thing in front of them with a scowl. His whole body was puffed out this point giving him an adorable floof ball look. Mizer fetl he was scary though. He attempted a roar, but it came out as a loud chirp.
"You don't want me to do what I did to that rabbit to you. You better leave."
It was clear to Caius that these two cheetah's didn't want him here. It was clearly their territory by the thick smells that smelt like them. Possible that a bunch of cheetah's resided here and if he angered these two cubs to much, he was sure their parents would chase him back up the tree.
Sure , a leopard could take a few cheetah's on their own, but if this was a huge pride... perhaps not.
"I mean you two no harm. Just passing threw. " His tone was calm and soothing.

"You really think you could beat him up as bad as that rabbit?" Kar'Mah asked in a hushed tone. "He's a lot bigger and he has /claws/."
He didn't mean them any harm? Knowing Mii'zer he very well may have told the rabbit the same thing. If it did come to that though... She was the faster sprinter.
She looked up at the larger feline, "If you're just passing through why are you talking to us?"

Mii 'zer echoed his sister, "Yeah what the hell do you want to talk about," He snarled and crouched down low to the ground with his butt in the air.
The leopard just couldn't help but laugh. This cheetah thought he could beat him a leopard. On top of being a leopard, he was a gladiator. And here was this cheetah ready to spar with him.
Mii'zer was not amuse at all by the laughing. He launched him self on the stranger only to get blocked. The cheetah fell to his side. He growled and jumped again only to get blocked.
"Calm down. I really mean it."
Mizer bit into the stranger, but didn't draw much blood. The thick leopard hide really helped. Caius bent over and picked the small cub up and let him dangle helplessly.

Kar'Mah was right behind Mii'zer right up until the large leopard scooped him up.
Then she panicked.
"Let go of my brother!" she yelped, running at the big cat. She zipped between his legs and snapped at his tail. "Let him go, you big meanie! Let him go! Let him go!" she screamed between bites.

It was lucky for the leopard he was dealing with babies because his tail would be seriously messed up other wise. It still was not pleasant and the bites he was receiving were not for play. He dropped Mii 'zer and turned on the little one working on his tail. Caius wasn't about to strike a little one but he did not like his tail being worked on.
"He's on the ground you can - "
Before he could finish the sentence, Mii'zer was on his neck, rabbit kicking and biting.
"You b*****d!" Mizer yelled as he continued to claw and work on the leopard.
The leopard just kinda sat there , clearly amused, as the two knights did their worst to him. Lucky none of these marks would be long term. But they did hurt. Not enough for him to cry out but kinda like when a small kitten tries to do its worst to you. Caius sighed.

Kar'Mah spun on her heals to see Mii'zer at his throat. He'd been released! Her ploy had worked!
"Get him!" she growled. "Tear the bully apart!"
She still wasn't convinced that they'd win this, but she felt it was their only choice. They'd fight until he was exhausted and then run home back to mom. Yeah, mom would protect them.
She bolted back in, to bite at his ankles.

The leopard felt like godzilla in one of those cheesy japanese monster movies with the small ineffective bullets. All he could really do was sit there while the two cheetahs unleashed their fury. He didn't want to hurt them and he didn't know how to stop them with out hurting them. So he sat there and took it. An annoyed look on his face.
Mii 'zer on the other hand was having a grand old time 'tearing' into this new found foe. Him and his sister were winning it seemed. " HAHA ! " He laughed, "Taste our wrath you horrible creature, " Mii' zer took another bite into the stranger's neck. Little baby teeth did not pierce the skin but they hurt.
Just in the nick of time Pilate appeared. She looked at the leopard and her two children and couldn't help but snicker. It was a pretty funny sight after all.
"M-my.." Pilate had to catch her breath some, "Looks like two of my knights have defeated a big scary monster. I'm quite honored. But come on children I think you taught the big monster a lesson," She snorted.

Kar'Mah was called off easily. The moment she realized her mother was there she turned tail and fled, taking shelter between mom's legs.
"Mommy, mommy! He tried to eat Mii'zer! He had him in his mouth and I thoughthewasgoingtochewbutIbithistail! You have to help him mommy!"
She gazed up at the green cheetah with a desperate stare.

Pilate looked from Kar'Mah, to Miizer (still attached to the leopards neck) and to the leopard. She knew she was no physical match for the great big built leopard and she knew if the leopard was really trying to eat her off spring, they'd all be but a bloody mess right now. The female gave the stranger a wink, hoping he'd catch on, and took a bold step forward. . . stepping in rabbit guts.
Caius got the wink and quickly flopped on his back side. "Ohhh, not the green cheetah. I beg for mercy. You win... its getting dark.." His tongue hung out the side of his mouth and he rolled on his side like a lifeless rag doll.
Mizer smiled and hopped off the strange creatures neck to stand next to his sister. The two had defeated the beast together. They were warriors, no , they were knights and they were going to do great things.
"Me and Kar Mah just wore him out for you," He said with a very confident smile. He was tough.
