Mal rolled onto her side, unusualy content. Leopard or not it hardly mattered. He knew how to treat a girl and wasn't afraid to do it.
Looking up at him, a silly grin on her face she said, "I would have to say, afteroon well spent~"
She meant every word of it too. Now... she just had to cross her paws that her sister would never find out..
Chobi:
The leopard had a silly grin of his own. The afternoon had been very well spent, the lioness had been a wonderful partner.
"My thoughts exactly," He nuzzled her with his head and wrapped his tail around hers.
Likewise, he had to cross that his older brother never found out.

She pressed herself up against him, simply basking in the afterglow. His fur was so soft. It tickled her nose in such a nice way.
"So," she laughed. "What does a girl like me and a guy like you talk about after such an intulectualy situmlating afternoon together?"
Chobi:
Caius laughed, she had a good question.
"How about seconds?" He purred, but he was joking. Really that afternoon had been more then enough. Still, if he bumped into this lioness again he may have to ask her to spend the afternoon with him again.
"So, whats a lioness like your self doing out here?"

"Following a line of tall tales my brother told me," she shrugged. "He comes up with the most fantasticly absurd stories."
She'd figured out the most puzzling part of the story. A young leopard playing a game of 'halt'. The rest really didn't matter that much.
"And yourself, sir?"
Chobi:
The leopard almost told her not to call him sir and almost gave her his real name but he stopped. He kinda liked this fling being nameless.
"I'm looking for survivors with my brother. A great quake hit our pride and killed many. He has reason to believe that some of the members fled for saftey.. but at this point miss I think he's drowning in denial. " He shook his head. Surely they'd find some more proof by now but so far nothing. Just rogues.

"Oh dear..." she sat up, looking truely concerned. It wasn't really her problem but...
"Is there any way to spot members of your pride? My siblings and I travel a great lot and perhaps if we happened upon one I could send them this way?"
Really she wasn't sure if that would help. But it was worth trying, right?
Chobi:
The leopard gave her a smile, "I doubt you have. I'm pretty sure the quake buried most of the members that were in the temple at the time. My brother just seems to be in denial."
Caius sighed and shook his head, "But I look to the future rather then staying in the past." He smiled.

A soft smile spread across her lips.
"I hope it's not innapropriate of me to say, but I'm glad you weren't one of them."

He let out a stretch and got up. "I shouldn't have said anything," He pawed at her playfully.

She rolled onto her back, batting at him gently with her forepaws.
"Mm, no, it's alright. There's no accounting for the will of the gods."
Still, if she ever met anyone lost and seperated from their pride after a quake she'd send them in this direction. With a little luck maybe they'd find their way home.

The leopard smiled and nuzzled at the lioness. She was alright by him.
"Yeah," Caius laid back down and wrapped a paw around the female resting his chin ontop of her neck in a loving manner.
"I just hope if there is anyone left that they are alright."

"If I ever meet anyone complaining of an earth quake I'll send them in this direction," she sighed. Warm, strong, handsome and tender? If only for a few hours it felt as if she'd hit the jackpot.
"How long ago was it?"

The leopard lifted his head and looked down at her, "Can't rightfully say I know .. its been so many moons..." He licked his chops. That was odd he was thirsty.
"No worries. We've covered so much ground and we haven't come across anyone. If there are survivors, at this point, and they havent gone back to mourn the dead.. Im not sure they want to come back."

"I'm sure the suggestion wouldn't hurt any. To be honest if they said they'd rather not return I for one wouldn't insist," she wouldn't want to get stuck in a pride either.
She pressed up against him. It was getting dark. Azshara would start worrying about her soon if she wasn't well into it by now.

The days light was burning out in a rabid decent behind the horizon. Like wise, Caius's brother was probably going to grow tiresome if he didn't return with his days scope.
"I should probably get going. Thank you ," He nuzzled her and gave her a tender lick to the forehead before getting up and vanishing into the thick of the savanna. Headed back to his brother and to give him his fruitless findings.
The nameless lioness had been an afternoon well spent. Part of Caius was sad to leave.

The feeling was mutual. Everything about the encounter had been positive. Sure, he was a leopard, but in all honesty she wouldn't have minded making a habit of him.
Still purring to herself she made her way off into the night to make her way home.
