We have a different theme each year for the homecoming football games. This year it was the 50's. Lots of poodle skirts and I was a car hop/waitress. Fun fun, but it rained so we had to stand on the track and do nothing. But we danced to one of the songs :/ still no fun....
Do you have a theme for you homecoming football games? If so do tell :3

Awwwh i'm sorry it rained on you guys. This years theme is like Disney or something. Freshmen are PioneerLand, Sophmores are ToonTown, Jr.s (me) are TommorowLand, and Seniors always get the best and they're FantasyLand

I have no idea. I think it might have something to do with music genres (like rock and techno and junk).
All I know for sure is that the team is going to lose.

Our theme kinda sucks. It's based on Brittney Spears song. "like the ringleader we bring the shoots!" So it had a big Circus theme. I liked last year better. It was welcome to the jungle. It was awesome:]

The game itself has no theme, but we've done something different every day this week. The overall theme of the week is supposed to be "Operation: Sink South," but I'm not sure how each day fits in:
Monday - Sports Day Tuesday - Nerd Day Wednesday - 80's day (coincided with Band Pride Day for UIL, which was postponed due to rain) Thursday - Superhero Day Friday - Maroon Out (Homecoming Pep Rally)
Oh and Kirei_chan, our team is likely to lose as well. Best part is, if they do lose, we have absolutely no chance of making it to playoffs.

Our theme this year was "Solid Gold" so we did a disco show, and the team wore really cool gold jerseys instead of their normal black ones.

Brown-Eyed Brat Awwwh i'm sorry it rained on you guys. This years theme is like Disney or something. Freshmen are PioneerLand, Sophmores are ToonTown, Jr.s (me) are TommorowLand, and Seniors always get the best and they're FantasyLand Holy s**t. Just holy s**t. Our homecoming theme this year was also Disney, but our sophomores had "New Orleans Square" and the seniors had "AdventureLand". Sophomores had the best homecoming float (my class but I didn't participate in creating it) What was really cool was that our homecoming game was also the "high school game of the week" for a newscast, so they did a "band challenge" between the two schools. It was kind of amazing 'cause I got to skip a test in my third period to go to the band room and play pep band music. Also, there was a longest note challenge. It was where one brass player and one woodwind player would hold a note out for as long as they could and the overall times would be added up to determine the winner. Our woodwind player, a senior bassoonist, played for a minute and a half straight! He knows how to circular breathe, and I think he was like two seconds away from beating the other school on his own. So of course our band won ^^ teehee

Oh non rien de rien... Oh non je ne regrette rien
Our homecoming theme was Pokemon.
In response, our new band director wrote up a piece to play at the homecoming game. Guess what it was?
Also, forum glitch in effect. I am not OP. Try next post. Wenn ich ihre Haut verließ, Der Frühling blutet in Paris!
