SIN and BOO seem good canidate names for the Hallowe'en event, as others have pointed out.
Myself I suspect it might have something to do with zOMG. Since it has been used for events before I don't see that as anything too out there. Personally I hope if it is in zOMG that it isn't anything too difficult since I haven't really played it much.
The B in Boo could have to do with Bruce...and the S in Sin with Stein - noted this in another guild but >.> no neutrals there so putting the thoughts here as well.

It looks like Stein may not be a player in Halloween this year - since the EI report gave up all a heads up on his purpose.
If we go with the idea that B.O.O. and S.I.N. are teams for something what sort of field do you think it will be?
I'd guess perhaps a bit angelic and demonic? Or the symbols do remind me a bit of some of the zOMG stuff ... though I hope it isn't just zOMG based considering how much I haven't played that.

Hm, well I'm not sure if B.O.O. is really to do with the overseer. Since I'm not sure how that would work with the event.

as a conspiracy theorist and occult in real life, be prepared to expect completely extreme speculations from me. for example...
i predict first of all that Barret will have an entire manga plot to himself in this Event, possibly starting or ministering in an Overseer Religion (namely B.O.O.). also, i have noticed some strange parrellels between the Mirai/Barret and Dr. Singh/Timmy duos, including the build-up of passive aggression in the two underapreciated male sidekicks. perhaps S.I.N. will hav eto do with the Dr. Singh/Timmy relationship, or perhaps have to do with Evil Timmy?
just thoughts... thoughts and overly close observations...

Sadly right now with all the commotion this made I have no idea what to BELIEVE, okay this may seem crazy though I just got something now, the word Believe is interesting it may be a key in my personal opinion. Both have Believe in there profile so I'm thinking closer to Religion, and good vs evil like Lanzer said. Other then that gaian's will probably have to make a big choice (Also knowing gaia the even will be both in ZOMG and Out, probably have an event for both going on)
Also I also think is has something to do with Denier Cri. (But that's just a small idea going know where so far)

Looks like BOO and SIN will be the event focus. If the two cults are battling too much we might have to turn this place into a haven for people to come and take a breather.

Well if you look at how the mini comic is portrayed it looks like auditions - which would mean that the events are put on by Jack like a play.
x.x so does that mean that the gaia that we know is really just a bunch of plays with npcs in the background running them?

The B.O.O. sign has a clam with a pearl eyeball.
Meaning that it refers to the All seeing Overseer. Quite redundant?

The BOO symbol does seem to be something all seeing...so perhaps it's something that sees all no matter what.
Truthfully when I first read the news thing I thought elder god for the ancient rising darkness which is Cthulhian. xD Which I'd love but I doubt highly has to do with the event.

To me it seems that although B.O.O is polite and requesting help, the whole 'Overseer' rumors are quite ominous. The two sides could very well be flipped in this event, in my opinion.
