1. There are two types of members. The collectors and the protectors.
2. Those who are collectors hold info and hides them in locations only they and the captain knows.
3. Protectors protect the collectors since their lives are the most important.
4. Each officer is paired up with one collector and one protector.
5. The info must be shared with the captain only since the captain can tell whether this is good info or not.
6. The captain is the law of the squad. She's the head collector while her vice captain is her protector.
7. no one betrays their comrade nor the Soul Society.
8. Take your jobs seriously. We're paid to not only fight hollows but also to carry on the job of being reporters. Without us, the hints of attacks and such will be showed down and we'll die from it.
